Allmylife,Ihavewantedtoknowandunderstandthetruthofmyphysical,
socialandinnerworlds.WhenIbeganpracticingqigong,whathadpreviously
seemedliketrialanderrormentalabstractionsbegantomakesenseinmydeep
coreself,mysoul.Overtime,ratherthanlookingoutsidemyselfforguidance
andaffirmation,thesupportiveenergyfielddevelopedthroughqigongpractice
moreoftenprovidesameetingplaceforcommunicating,understandingand
knowing.

Qigongpracticehasactivatedmyinnersenseorgans.ItisthoughIseewiththe
eyesofmyeyes,hearwiththeearsofmyearsandfeelwiththeheartofmyheart.
Thecommunicationhappenswhenmyenergyfieldisactiveandmyfieldis
activatedautomaticallywhenguidanceisforthcoming.Iplaceaquestiononmy
heartanditissometimesansweredimmediatelyorImguidedtoaparticular
resourceoritsbackburneredforlaterguidance.Myunconsciousisalsomore
availableduringdreaming.Mostimportantly,mysoulfeelslistenedtoandIm
betterabletolisten(thisisaninterestingdialog!)andImgratefulforthepeace
thatcomeswiththislistening.Thisguidancestreamisalsomoreavailableto
othersandIhavemoreconfidencetobestillandletthisvoicecomethrough.
WhenIminthisresponsivestate,myrelationshipsareappropriateandhelpful.

Breathingandconnectingwiththeearth,mysoulishappytobetouchingand
drawingnourishmentfromearththroughthesolesofmyfeet.Flowingin
currentsuptheinsideinnerlegsthroughtheapertureoftheinnerperineum;it

strikesthebottomofthebellybowl,activatingtheentireenergeticbody.This
juiceflowsupward,touchingandactivatingtheharmonicfrequencyofeach
centerandnearlyinstantly,theentireenergeticbodyisflowinglikeafountainof
fluidlight.Thesecretsoftheenergeticbodycontinuetoberevealed,andIhopeto
becomeevermoreawareofthemagnificenceofthisbodyinstrument.AsIpay
attentionnow,thisiswhatIperceiveandsharewithyou.

Thecentersofthesolesofmyfeetfeellikemilkersoftheearthsmagnetism,which
pumpsthisearthEinwavesasIwalk.WhenIamstationaryandbalanced,the
flowissteady.WhenIdrawmyinneranklesupward,theflowislessobstructed
throughtheperineum.Sometimes,whenIpointmyswordfingerstowardsearth,
theearthscoreheatrisespowerfully,chargingthelifegate.Whenthishappens,I
directtheEdownwardandcontainit,lettingthingscook.Atothertimes,when
Iconnectswordfingerscurrentdeeplywithearth,atriangleoflightshoots
upwardfrommycrown,3rdeyeandheart.Itfeelslike2prismssetuponeach
otherandthatImdownloadingwithcognitionturnedoff.

Thedantiansometimesfeelslikeabowlshapedcontainer,sometimeslikea
clenchedfistandsometimeslikeaverdantgarden.ItholdstheresourcesI
generateandstewardinthisbodyform.Thereisapointinitfromwhichelixir
radiatesthroughoutmybodyandwhenitbeginsradiating,feelslikeanenergetic
sexualorgasm.Sometimes,goldenfluidflowsfromherecreatingsuchecstasy;it
feelslikethestufffromwhichthecosmosiscreated.

Mysolarplexusfeelslikeahandholdonthecenterpoleofmybeing.Itrecently
providedananswertomyUnitywiththewillofGodprayerinthefollowing
circumstance.Ihadbeenstruggling(whileonretreatinMexico)withmylackof
compassionforthiswomanwhomIhadguiltilyexperiencedasadesperately
clingingenergeticblackhole.Iwasstandingonthebeachinthelateafternoon,
whentheangleofthesunbeginsreflectingitsbeautifulgoldenshimmeringlight
toshore.Theshiningreflectionbouncedoffthewaterandjumpedintomysolar
plexusgivingmetheexperienceofsunpowerconnection.Thevibrationofthe
sunsreflectionandtheeverchangingflowofthewatercreatedthesensationof
mySPbeinglikearadiant,shimmeringgoldeneggwhichspinsthatismadeof
andhasthisgoldenfluidflowingoverit.Ireceivedandintegratedthisgiftwith
gratitude.LaterthateveningwhenIencounteredtheneedywoman,mysolar
plexusbeganshiningandturningandIwasabletobefreelypresenttoherwith
compassion.Wewerebothabletoreceivethisgiftflowingthroughmewithout
resisting,clingingorholdingonandafterafewmoments,sheseparatedfromme
ratherthanmemakingmyescapefirst.Also,whenIminanemotionally

threatenedstate,mysolarplexusisaplaceIcangotowhichbypassesthe
vulnerabilityofheartandalsobypassesthejudgmentsofmymind.Itsaplaceof
greatpresence,butcanalsofeelliketheoriginplaceofthisleadenwallthat
sometimescomesdownbetweenmyfeelingsandmyawareness.

Whereasthesolarplexusfeelslikevibrationchamberforsolarenergy,thelifegate
generatesandradiatesenergyanddirectlysupportsthefunctionofthekidneysas
wellasprovidingEfortherestofthebody.Thesolarplexusenergeticsensations
feelliketheycontainmorelightthanheatandthelifegatecontainsmoreheatthan
light,althoughlightandheatdonotexactlydescribetheEsensationsofthese
centers.Whenmylifegate1stopenedseveralyearsago,thesedemonlike
creaturescamerushingout(andfortunatelyevaporating);Icouldntbelieve
somethingthatvilecouldhavebeeninsideme.Sincethattime,nomorehave
emerged,andIdalmostforgottenthemuntilthistimeofwriting.Mykidneys
alsoprovideanearlywarningsystemintimesofstresstotaketimeforpracticein
ordertokeepthesystemfunctioningproperly.

Myheartfeelslikethemostcomplexandfarreachingcenterasitfeelslikeitisthe
homeofmysoul.Somuchisthere,perhapseventheentireuniverse,thatinmy
entirelifetimeIwillnotfullyknowit.Ithaschambersandlayersrelatedinmy
physiologythatrecordlifeevents,betheyinjuriousorlifeexpanding.Itisthe
placeIconsulttoknowtruth.AsIexploreandcontinuetoclearit,Ican
sometimesloveandreleaseclottyknotsofpreviousemotionaltraumas.My
heartisincrediblysensitiveandknowstheconditionofnearlyeveryotherheartit
encounters.Whileitisundermyguardianship,italsofeelslikeitisbutonecellin
theincredibleheartoftheOneBeing.Italsofeelslikethefamilyroomwhere
aspectsofmysoulwantingtomanifestandthearchetypesandguidesare
welcomedhome.Allconditionsarereflectedthere.Hopefully,allotheraspectsof
mybeingareinservicetomyheartswisdomprocesses.Pastcopingstrategies
thatnolongerservetheirpurposearethebiggestobstacletobeinginmyheart,
whichbringsmetotheshoulderscenter.

Theshoulderscenter,whichfeelsliketheplacewheretheverticalwillmeetsthe
horizontalwill,wheretheyokeofmyload,resistance,rests.Thevoicethereasks,
DoIreallywanttolaydownmyburden?Alternatively,whenIdorelaxmy
personalwillinharmonywiththesteadystreamofguidance,theyokefeelslike
protectiveangelwingswhichhavemybackinthatstateofopenness.These
wings,intheformofmyarms,clearandchargetheEfieldduringtherefreshing
exercise.

Thethirdeye,perceiveroflightandvision,feelsconcentratedinmyforehead,but
alsoextendsoutwardfrommytemplesandbackofthehead.Itshineslightinto
thehiddenplacesinmyheartanddirectstheflowofenergy.Thebacksideofit
andtheeyeballscanlookuponthebrainandsuccessivebodypartsandsystems
withthelovinglightjuiceoftheinnersmileexercisewhichisagreatblessingfor
thebody/soul.

Thecrown,receiverofheavenenergy,whenbalancedwithearthandmybelly
bowlawareness,providesincredibleEinteractionsandinfusionofE.The
heaven/earthconnectionbringscontinuousoutsideenergeticsupporttoinner
processes.Forexample,beinginthatstaterightnowinordertodescribeittoyou
gavemeinsightabouthowanaspectofmysoulistryingtotouchearthand
givingmeideasabouthowthatmighthappeninamorelifegivingway.

Theenergyfieldlikethetermsmalluniverseismuchlargerthanthecasual
sayingofit.Rumi,the13thcenturyPersianpoethadthistosay;

Outbeyondideasofrightdoingandwrongdoing,
thereisafieldIllmeetyouthere.

Whenthesoulliesdowninthatgrass,
theworldistoofulltotalkabout.
Ideas,language,eventhephraseeachother
doesntmakeanysense.

But,whenwereinthatfieldandfirmlyconnectedtoearth,thereisdeeply
satisfyingsenseandnurturancethesoulcanusewhileinthisbodyself.
