These pronouns and verbs are useful for many things


Examples:
He is my teacher. His name is Daniel Flores.
We are new students in AIEP. Our major is Marketing.
She is from Pto. Varas. Her house is in that city.
She is my sister. She is 19 years old.
Is your surname Gonzlez? My surname is Contreras.
Here we can see the difference in each one of the sentences, in affirmative,
negative and interrogative forms:
He is a student of tourism.

To ask about specific information we use wh-question words
Examples:
What is your name? ---- My name is Richard.
Where are your parents? ---- My parents are in Santiago now.
When is your birthday? ------- My birthday is in June.
Who is your teacher of English? ----- Daniel Flores is my teacher of English.
How is your father? ------- My father is fine, he is at home now.
Why are you sad today? ------ Because I broke with my boyfriend.
Which colour is better red or purple? ---- Red is better.
How many students are in your course? --- We are twenty one.
How much sugar is ok for you? ---- Two spoons are ok for my coffee.

DESCRIBING PEOPLE.
EXAMPLES:

Con el pelo y los ojos usamos HAS. Con el pelo slo damos el
color ya sea Brown, red, black,etc. Menos con el yellow, aqu
usamos blond rubio. Con otras caractersticas slo IS.
Examples:
1. He is a Little heavy and old. ---El es un poco gordo y Viejo.
2. He is young and thin. --- El es joven y delgado.
3. She is quiet and serious. ---ella es callada y tranquila.
4. She is rich and famous. --- ella es rica y famosa.
Characteristics:
Tall: alto thin: Delgado handsome: guapo nice: linda,
agradable
Short. Bajo friendly: amistoso shy: tmido outgoing:
extrovertido
Clever: inteligente fun: divertido funny: chistoso boring:
aburrido
