Submission: Allow Late Submission
For all homework & hands on lab late due consequence

late due within 1 day deduct 5% of your earn points


late due within 3 day deduct 10% of your earn points
late due within 1 weeks deduct 20% of your earn points
late due within 2 weeks deduct 30% of your earn points
late due within 3 weeks deduct 40% of your earn points
late due within 4 weeks deduct 50% of your earn points
late due within 5 weeks deduct 60% of your earn points
late due within 6 weeks deduct 70% of your earn points
late due within 7 weeks deduct 80% of your earn points
late due within 8 weeks deduct 90% of your earn points
late due over 8 weeks 0 points

Quiz Policies
Write down Course ID, Section ID, Your Name, Your Student ID
on top of the answer sheet. (Violation will be consider as
missing quiz and get 0 points)
You dont need to rewrite the questions, only write your
answer!!! (Violation will be deduct points 50%)
Follow by the sequence number to answer questions. (Violation
will be 0 points for missing or jump answer)
No cheating!!! You need to answer all questions by your own.
(Violation will be 0 points)
No talking during the quiz, unless you have question and raise
your hand first. (Violation will be consider as cheating and get 0
points for the quiz)
Only allow open book or open notes (hand notes).
No cellphone, No laptop computer, No desktop computer, No
tablet, and No other electronic device allow during the quiz.

Mid Term & Final


1. Mid Term & Final will be multiple choice.
2. You need to review all the answers and fill out the correct
answer as sample below.

4. Do not put additional mark into the answer sheet, that will
cause you get 0 point for that question.

Project Material & Presentation


1. Max. three persons a team. (Extra credits for
less persons team or who do project alone).
2. Every team picks your own topic.
3. Every team 8 ~ 10 minutes presentation.
4. Presentation material need to combine into one
file and upload to students portal.

Project material
1) Power point presentation slices that include project
narrative, DFD, ERD & DMD. (minimize 5 tables design in
your ERD or DMD)
a) Cover Page (include Topics, Course ID, Session ID,
Student ID & Student Name)
b) Project Narrative
c) DFD (At least Level 0, 1)
d )ERD (minimize 5 entities design in your ERD)
e) DMD (minimize 5 tables design in your DMD)
f) Conclusion

2) Write SQL scripts files to create table, view, sequence
or any database objects that you will use for your project.
(Either one script file to create all database objects or
multiple script file to create your database objects)
3) Demo (Either run on the class to show your creation is
successfully or screen shot to show you were create your
database objects successfully)
4) Output (Script & SQL*PLUS report)
