    Accordingtothesentencingmemorandumforthecrime,posted
    online,Wahlbergraciallyabusedtheshopkeeper,whowas
    Vietnamese,duringtheattack.Hemakesnomentionofthis

    sometimesbeenmisreported.
    Ina2006interviewwithABCNews,theactorsaidhehadnever
