Role and Responsibilities:
I worked with development team to implement the testing process, templates and report the
results. The test training class was established. The testing process must be aligned with CIMB
regional. The testing strategies suitable for the bank application were announced as the software
testing guideline. To ensure that the team members followed the process the audit activity is
done and report to senior management. The report will be used as an input to do the process
improvement.
• Responsible to create and implement the Testing process to the application development
team
• Coordinate with development team head to arrange the training class
• Perform Project Manager role for Performance Testing Tool deployment
• Perform Test Manager role for RRCS project
• Perform Tester for iBanc enhancement such as OTP/SMS, LM and AAS
• Audit the software development process of OTP/SMS project and report the noncompliant
issues to management
• Mentor, coach, and guide application development team members to perform tester role
• Perform reviewer of CIMB IT processes and templates review of CMMI project followed

Role and Responsibilities:
I advised test team members in creating testing processes. They had to ensure that the
application under test pass the information security scenarios.
• Provide consulting service to Quality team in testing and support area including
performance appraisal
• Create testing courses, such as unit, integration and system testing, and train the
developer and tester
• Review Test Processes, Test Plan, Test cases and Testing Results
• Advise and recommend Project Management tasks to Project Managers and Leaders
Identify measurement level of IT testing and support tasks to match with Service Level
Agreement
• Attend the formal and informal meeting related to new and change requirements and
propose the information and the options to the meeting committees in Testing and
Support area
• Advise how to create and maintain Personal Development Plan of each individual IT staffs
• Advice Configuration Management Team Members to develop Organization Configuration
