said that breakfast is good for our health and
it can improve our concentration and
strengthen memory.
Furthermore, having breakfast is good to
improve our immune. The risk to suffer from
fever or to catch a cold becomes smaller if
we have breakfast every morning. The
scientist of Cardiff University said that people
who always have breakfast in the morning is
hardly to get ill, because their immune will
increase by having breakfast.

Besides, the scientist in Nottingham said, if

we dont have breakfast regularly, our
cholesterol will increase. In addition, it also
reduces the risk of diabetes. The result of
research by Harvard Medical School shows
that people who always eat breakfast have
lower risk to suffer from diabetes.
But remember, we have to eat healthy food
for breakfast, and the best choice is wheat.
Cereals and sweet foods like chocolate in the
morning are actually not a wise choice. A
healthy breakfast will give us extra energy for
the day.
To sum up, having healthy breakfast in the
morning is important for our body and health.

Obesity is a Nightmare
Do you know that over 50% of women and
two-thirds of men are overweight in the UK and
the numbers are still rising? Obesity (more than
15-25 kilograms overweight) is also increasing.
Twenty years ago, only one in fifteen adults
was obese. Nowadays, one fifth of adults are
obese, and in the next five years maybe one in
four adults will be obese. Children are also
becoming more obese.
This is a very serious problem! Obesity can
cause diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke,
some cancers, infertility, and many more. Some
statistics show obesity can reduce life
expectancy by up to nine years! What a
nightmare.

Obesity is a serious health hazard that

some people now think is more
dangerous than smoking. Something
must be done to control this disease.
Stop eating fast food is one of the easy
solutions. You can cook healthy food at
home, eat more fruits and vegetables.
Consult to the doctor about healthy diet.
Start from little thing! It can decrease the
percentage of obesity.

Poverty
One of worlds major problems is poverty. It
is because poverty is the root of some
problems in certain country in this world.
First, poverty cause a lot of people die every
day. The lack of money make people cannot
even purchase food to satisfy their hunger.
According to United Nation, there are 25
thousand people die because of poverty. This
means every 3.5 seconds one people die
because of poverty. Most of the victims are
children.

Poverty may lead someone to break the law.

There are so many people being prostitute to get
some money. Some other are trapped in human
trafficking. The poor people sometimes can do
something reckless, like stealing and even killing
someone just to get a little money.
In addition, poverty can cause health problems
such as AIDS, malaria, pneumonia, cholera, etc. It is
because health service in poor country is so rare
and below the standard. The unhygienic area also
complicate the condition. Besides, the lack of
nutritious food can be the source of illness.
To sum up, poverty may cause a lot of and
more complicated problems, especially in the poor
