1. Shannon's Funeral Chapels, Inc. Total Concept of Service, as described above.

or their equivalent in value upon the death of the Purchaser or the Purchaser's designee.
3. Purchaser may designate any person of his choice as beneficiary to all of his rights under this contract,
such designation tp be by written authorization to Shannon's Funeral Chapels, Inc.

paid in full.
5. Within thirty (30) days of the receipt of each payment Shannon's Funeral Chapels, Inc. will deposit same
with a Depository approved by the Texas Department of Banking, for the use, benefit and protection of the Pur-
chaser under the terms of this Contract. No withdrawal of such deposits or accumulated interest thereon shall
be made except as set out in this Contract or in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Texas Depart-
ment of Banking relating to cancellation of Contracts such as this.
6. Purchser agrees that all interest that may accumulate on the principal amount of all funds collected
under this Contract whether the Contract is performed in full or cancelled by Shannon's Funeral Chapels, Inc. or
Purchaser. Under the provisions of this Contract or in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Texas
Department pt Banking shall be paid to Shannon's Funeral Chapels, Inc.
7. In the event that the full amount provided for under this Contract is not paid by Purchaser in accordance
with its terms, Shannon's Funeral Chapels, Inc., at its option, shall be relieved of the obligation to deliver the
above described merchandise and/or services exactly as specified in this Contract at an undetermined future
date but Shannon's Funeral Chapels, Inc. shall deliver such merchandise and/or services as possible consider-
ing prices and costs prevailing at the time the funds are to be used for funeral benefits.
8. The agreement shall be valid and binding only when accepted by a duly authorized officer of Shannon's
Funeral Chapels, Inc.
9. It is agreed that this Contract contains the complete understanding and agreement between Shannon's
Funeral Chapels, Inc. and Purchaser and cannot be modified except by written supplement. This Contract shall
be binding upon the successors, assigns, beneficiaries, heirs and legal representatives of the Purchaser and
Shannon's Funeral Chapels, Inc.
10. No assignment or transfer of this Contract shall be valid without the written approval of Shannon's
Funeral Chapels, Inc.
