1. So, what really happened at the Tejeros Convention?

They are saying that there was a rift

between of the Magdalos and the Magdiwang. The truth is Andres Bonifacio was invited by the
Cavitenos to help restore peace between the two warring factions. There are also
circumstances regarding the death of Andres Bonifacio. Until now this is still an issue that
cannot be solved. Do you think that Emilio Aguinaldo really asked them to kill Bonifacio?
Reflect on the Philippine Government right now. Iam not agree on the result of the Tejeros
convention. I will explain this in three points:
A. Andres Bonifacio is the founder of the Katipunan, Leader of the leaders of Katipunan.
Although, Emilio Aguinaldo is one of the leader of faction (Magdalo), I think Andres Bonifacio is
better be the President because of the power he had and yet won only as Director of the
Interior.
B. Based on the history, Emilio Aguinaldo manipulated the votation system by writing his own
name on the ballot box before the votation day.
C. Emilio Aguinaldo won the Presidency but was not present during the votation. This is the
reason why Andres Bonifacio brought out his pistol because of anger and took that as an
insult.

2. The infamous Tejeros Convention saw a rigged election. Bonifacio and his handful of loyal
warriors were massacred both figuratively and literally. It was the ambition of The Traitor to be
recognized as the first President of Asia who declared the Philippines as the first republic of
the continent.
Aguinaldo doesn't deserve to be in the league of Bonifacio, Rizal. A. Luna, Ricarte, Jacinto,
Mabini. Aguinaldo isn't a hero he is a politician, a corrupt politician, blinded by greed, lust for
power and money. He signed the Pact of Biak na Bato, the non agression pact with the
spanish, after his capture by the americans he swore allegiance to the american government,
the so called El Presidente, traitor to the Filipino people and the revolution. The assasination of
Bonifacio and Luna sparked the end of generalisimo. Gen. Antonio Luna the greatest war
tactician of the philippine revolution, was killed because of one's greed and paranoia, that
because of his popularity and capacity was in fact a threat to Aguinaldo's Presidency. The
death of Gen. Luna cost us the gaining of our independence before 1946.
(D)riven by his patriotic fervor, he (General Antonio Luna) did not conceal his desire to be the
head of the cabinet with the portfolio of war to prevent the autonomists or pacifists from
controlling the government of the republic.
Emilio Aguinaldo was guilty in killing Bonifacio because of the Death of General Antonio Luna.
They slandered him of wishing to wrest the presidency from Emilio Aguinaldo, and for that
purpose they invited him to enter the rattrap of Kabanatuan to enable the very ones whom he
had disarmed for cowardice in different war actions to deal him the deathblow. Do not lose
sight of the fact that the one who invited him (i.e. Emilio Aguinaldo) to a conference absented
himself, which was a cowardly stratagem.
When General A. Luna was dastardly assassinated on the stairs of the Convent of Kabanatuan
and already fallen on the ground, the mother of Emilio Aguinaldo looked out the window and
asked: "Ano, humihinga pa ba?" (Is he still breathing?)

The Spanish soldier-prisoners who witnessed this iniquitous assassination said: "We admired
the valor and intrepidity of General Luna who, tormented with shots and already fallen to the
ground, could still shout: "Cowardly Cavitenios !"
History condemns these barbaric acts, He (E, Aguinaldo) also gave orders to assassinate the
undersigned to Generals Severino Taino and Pio del Pilar who did not obey the said orders for
considering them infamous, unjust, and without any motive, whatever. It was nothing more
than a mean and despicable order.

3. No, there is something about Emilio Aguinaldo in our history that made him not to be worthy as the First
Republic of the Philippines. I will explain and give proofs in 10 points.
1. He is a traitor. While in Katipunan, he was the parasite that slowly ate the integrity of the organization by
making few treachery attempts: ranging from declaring his own government inside Katipunan itself to not aiding
Bonifacios half in the battle. (wikipedia.org)
2. He killed Andres Bonifacio. You know, Andres? Rizals rival for the title of Philippine National Hero, leader
of Katipunan and the main reason for start of the Philippine Revolution. Well, your dear general ordered his
death.
3. He is an embodiment of discrimination. The fact that Daniel discriminated Bonifacio while Aguinaldo was
there doing nothing, well thats corruption and discrimination. And yeah, Aguinaldo is Tironas leader.
4. Hes the reason why Katipunan was broken in half. Hes the reason why the Magdalo and Magdiwang were
born. These two run under the banner Katipunan but no, they are two separate groups.
5. He might be the root for the political war in the Philippines. Despite being his leader, he outmaneuvered
Andres to effectively overthrow him and become the leader of both of Katipunan factions, and therefore the
whole Katipunan. (History of Filipino People In English by Teodoro Andal Agoncillo)
6. He sold the Philippines to the Spanish for $800,000. He agreed for a self-exile to Hong Kong and for the
dissolving of his government to Fernando Primo de Rivera in the famous Pact of Biak-na-Bato. This is in
exchange for an insanely huge $800,000 bribe.
7. He led the Americans to colonize the Philippines. His return to Philippines through Admiral Deweys help
gave the Spanish reasons to sell the Philippines to the Americans. This gave the Americans a foothold and
leverage to start the flames of their colonization.
8. He incited the conflict between the Philippines and America. His ruling by decree grew out the conflict with
the Americans in military situation.
9. He put lives of four (4) innocent men in danger. Without the Americans knowledge, he smuggled four
innocent foreign reporters to investigate the murder by Pvt. Greyson and therefore officially putting them in the
middle of American-Filipino conflict.
10. He surrendered the Philippines to the Japanese. He cooperated with the Japanese by making speeches in
favor of the Japanese.
