hold true and explain how these considerations shape your position.

Conventional Education system is making people thinking

narrower and restricting the spirits to achieve instead of setting it
free. Formal education system is helpful in gaining the basic
knowledge that is needed by any student yet it restricts by what the
teachers are going to teach. With the formal education knowledge is
very much restricted to the figures in the books and the pressure of
being to achieve both the parents and teachers make them feel
stress and further depressing the spirits. With the same continuation
even in the higher grades are successful making them to unable to
think out of books. So, formal education that we are following are
restricting our minds.
To learn in the classroom with all the students in the formal
education system is good but the pressure given by the parents and
teachers are making students to focus only in the books just to
achieve the grades. Even some students are falling in a loop that
achieving the grades itself is the achievement instead of learning
the reality and restricting themselves to the books. Even the worst
thing that is happening is current grades will be deciding what they
have to choose in further higher studies.
Sometimes it doesnt even end in just achieving the grades, in
order to get into the profession in higher education students have to
pass through some tests again conducted by the universities or they
may be dependent on the grades what they got previously which
again make them focus on just to achieve the grades.

After all the way the students getting restricted to the bookish
knowledge that is going to be reflected even after the completing
his/her education. Because of the formal education restricting the
thoughts people are merely just doing the job based on what it has
been taught by his/her teachers earlier and for those teachers by
their teachers, which is making students thoughts narrower. This is
going to be continued even for the next generations unless this
formal education system is broken and gave importance to the
practical knowledge.
By seeing the things above formal education system need to
be changed and the education system should give importance to
gain knowledge out of box(books) instead of merely getting the
grades which increasing the pressure on the students. The further
studies for the students should not dependent on the current grades
rather than his work on that field. The education system during the
early stages of the students will have an great impact on the
students entire career and also on the growth of the field. To make
this change it should be at the very nascent stage.

Following our traditions are very important giving respect to
our ancestors. But with the change in the time and place those
methods and rules may not hold true. Still trying to follow the same
conventional methods may have impact in long-term. We need to
examine our own traditions periodically and adapt to the conditions
that are there, instead of blindly following the harmful ones.
