Women face a unique set of challenges in their rise up the

corporate ladder. Strong traditional expectations of devoting
time to the family coupled with the day-to-day demands of the
job often leaves them with little time to invest in professional
development and individual growth activities. Being a good
manager isnt enough to help women grow into senior
management and leadership roles. To make the transition from
an employee to a manager and then to a leader requires them
to go beyond technical skills that help them excel in the early
days of their career to managing a team, acquire a strategic
perspective and learn how to create influence through
networks.
The program will bring together a bouquet of ideas and skills to
coach them on how to successfully navigate key career
transition points, introduce them to various perspectives of
management, an interdisciplinary approach to decision
making, and offer an opportunity for self reflection and
awareness to identify personality traits, strengths and
weaknesses and open them up to changing attitudes and
thinking.
Participating women will also explore how they could take
initiative, tap into and leverage their personal power to
manage, influence and inspire individuals and enhance their
