Methodology to Optimize Manipal Health Enterprises Hospital Services

Enterprises Pvt. Limited (MHE), one of the largest tertiary care hospital chains in India. Genpact
will implement process optimization programs for MHEs 11 hospitals across India by leveraging its
proprietary Smart Enterprise Processes (SEPSM) methodology.

Under this engagement, Genpact will help MHE improve its business outcomes by driving
efficiencies in each hospitals sourcing, supply chain management, material handling and utilization
to provide significant cost deflation and positively impact patient care and streamline patient flow.
