RUB at Chomu L.C.

This RUB is being constructing on Jaipur-Reengus Railway Line in lieu of LC-110 on
Chomu-Kaladera Road. This RUB will facilitate the traffic of Chomu, Kaladera,
Hasteda, Govindgarh and Renwal etc. The work is being executed through IRCON.
Work is under cost sharing with Railway. The total cost of the project is Rs.
2021.00 lacs. The Share of JDA & Railway is 1225.00 lacs and 796.00 lacs
respectively.

The overall length of RUB is 336.00 mtr. The length of approaches towards
Kaladera side is 110.00 mtr. & towards Chomu side is 165.00 mtr. Length of Box
portion is 61.00 mtr. Height of RUB is 4.00mtr. The total width of carriageway is
5.00 mtr. on both sides with 1.00 mtr. wide footpath on each sides of road. Width
of median is 2.10 mtr. 70% of total work was completed up to March 2014.
Construction and launching of precast R.C.C. boxes in Railway portion,
construction of retaining wall, U wall with raft, wearing coat, Fabrication of
trusses and fixing of sheets etc. completed at site. Presently Electric work,
painting of RUB, water harvesting structure, construction of approach road and
service road are under progress. Remaining work will be completed by August
2014.

RUB at Arjun Nagar Phatak L.C. 82

RUB on Jaipur-Sawaimadhopur Railway Line L.C. 82 at Arjun Nagar Phatak is
proposed to facilitate the traffic of Gopalpura bypass side so as to reach on Tonk
road side and vice-versa. This work is being executed through North-Western
Railway. This is a Y shaped RUB. Work is under cost sharing with Railway. The
total cost of project is 1035.50 lacs. Out of this Railway share is 496.15 lacs. &
GOR share is 539.35 lacs.

The overall length of RUB is 498.00 mtr. The length of approaches towards
Mahesh Nagar side is 215.00 mtr. & towards Durgapura side is 220.00 mtr. The
length of box portion is 31.45 mtr. on both side. The width of RUB for one way is
single lane (i.e. 3.75 mtr.) with height 2.70 mtr. There is no provision of footpath
in RUB. Up to March 2014 about 20% work was completed.

Work of two approaches of west side of railway line has been completed. Now
work of east side of railway line approaches is under progress. All precast boxes
have been casted by NWR. Work is in progress and expected to be completed in
March 2015.

RUB at Kalyan Nagar Phatak L.C. 83

RUB on Jaipur-Sawaimadhopur Railway Line L.C. 83 at Kalyan Nagar is proposed to
facilitate the traffic of Gopalpura by pass side so as to reach on Tonk road side
and vice-versa. This complete work is being executed through North-Western
Railway. This is a back to back U shaped RUB. Work is under cost sharing with
Railway. The total cost of project is 1271.86 lacs. Out of this, Railway share is
592.73 lacs & State share is 679.13 lacs.

The overall length of RUB is 336.00 mtr. The length of approaches towards Arjun
Nagar side is 150.00 mtr. (80 mtr. Gopalpura side + 70 mtr. Tonk road side) &
towards Kartarpura side is 150.00 mtr (80 mtr. Gopalpura side + 70 mtr. Tonk
road side).The length of box is 18.00mtr (Both sides). The width of RUB for one
way is single lane (i.e. 3.75 mtr.) with height 2.70 mtr. There is no provision of
footpath in RUB. Land on western side of Railway track 300.00 mtr. in length is to
be acquired in 6.00 mtr width. Up to March 2014 only 5% work was complete by
NWR.
At present East side of Railway track work of excavation, P.C.C. of one approach
of RUB is completed and casting of raft and retaining wall of this approach is
under progress. Work of casting of precast boxes started by NWR and one box is
casted. Work is under progress and remaining work will be completed in July
2015.
