1. How have you find lessons this year?
Almost all students have found lessons interesting and fun. Many have enjoyed the challenge and a
few students have mentioned the fact that lessons can be very informative.

2. Please describe your best lesson this year:

Interestingly students cited a variety of lessons rather than just a couple. Highlights include balloon
lesson, paranormal lesson, euthanasia lesson and revision lesson which was very interesting. One
even put lesson 33??

3. Do you know where you are with regards to progress in this subject? Please
provide evidence.
It was great to see so many students aware of their current working at grade and with an increased
number able to cite their target grade; A*. All students referred to the way in which assessments are
used to produce the next steps for their learning.

4. Are you given regular and constructive feedback in your book and after
assessments? What does this feedback look like?
All students say they receive regular feedback which is constructive and diagnostic. Almost all
students referred to STRs and EBIs.

5. How have you found using Showbie for your home learning? Does your
teacher issue home learning on a regular basis?
Mixed feedback: some like and others are indifferent.

6. When you struggle with anything, do you feel confident to ask? How does
your teacher help?
It was really nice to hear so many students feel very confident to ask for your help and find you
always provide more detail and simplify difficult concepts so that they are easier to understand. A
really positive response.

7. Are you encouraged to succeed in your lessons?
All students say they are encouraged to succeed in lessons and many speak about being driven and
some said your encouragement boosts their confidence.

awesome). Please feel free to write a few comments to support your rating.
Average score of 10!! Many students saying the lessons are well planned and that you are a great
teacher some have said that you provide detailed explanations of all the key concepts.

9. Any other comments? For example, I enjoyed have enjoyed this subject
because

I really enjoy the subject because its so interesting.

Because we get to learn about so many different beliefs and extend our knowledge.

I love the way the teacher teaches because you can relate to her as a big sister.

I've noticed that you're required to learn a lot.

I enjoy the subject because my class is respectful of peoples opinions.
