I have managed in several different markets successfully with Pontiac GMC, Pontiac Nissan Suzuki and of late,
Cadillac Jaguar. I have always been a working manager able to do and train personnel in all jobs in the department.

situations and problems with tact to minimize conflict. My recent challenges allowed me to implement many
policies and procedures, for example:

-implementing special order policies to prevent future obsolescence


-moving the “A” moving parts to be directly accessible and restructuring entire parts department layout
-restructuring pricing metrics in two car lines as to maintain a 36% gross profit average
-maintaining a 0% complaint on “parts not available” on the Cadillac CSI report for past two years
-reducing obsolete inventory by $100,000 using GM and Jaguar’s return policies effectively
-understanding and using RIM effectively
-improving fill rate and stock order percentage while reducing months supply
-menu pricing for maintenance parts
