Proposed Changes in FERC Gas Tariff

Take notice that on April 23, 2007,
Dominion Transmission, Inc. (DTI)
tendered for filing as part of its FERC
Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1,
Third Revised Sheet No. 1162, to
become effective May 24, 2007.
DTI states that the purpose of the
proposed revisions is to clarify that,
when DTI provides service to its
customers on off-system transportation
and/or storage capacity and DTI’s
contract with the third-party service
provider contains limited or no
extension rights, a corresponding
limitation may apply in DTI’s service
agreement with its customer.
