DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM
The Water Distribution Program through
Gavilan College’s Contract and Community
Education Program consists of twelve
modules. Training focuses on developing new
and existing water distribution operators with
the knowledge and skills required to operate
and maintain water systems effectively.
Participants will gain valuable information to
enhance their operational skills, making them
more effective at their job or ready to obtain
State of California Water Distribution
Certificates. This program is certified
through the California Department of
Public Health for current employees who wish
to improve their current certification level or
maintain their required contact hours. CWEA
Training Reference # 091001. AWWA approval
pending.

Ed Waggoner is a Wastewater and Water Professional
with over 25 years in water treatment agencies as Chief
Operator, project coordinator of facility construction
and start-up, training instructor/facilitator. He is a
Grade Five Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator,
Grade Three Water Treatment Plant Operator, and
Grade Two Water Distribution System Operator.

not accept registrations without payment. Books
