HOME ECONOMICS DOES NOT NECESSARILY INCREASE AMT OF FOOD
PRODUCED!
- But it makes it more AVAILABLE in a VARIETY of FORMS, prolong
availability, and keep then safe, more acceptable, with more enhanced
nutrient value
