estimations and scheduling of jobs.
Attend bid job ex meeting.
Implementing and monitoring quality control procedure and estimate cost on the job.
Attend meeting and explain about job though power point presentation.
Solve client's technical problem before start's job.
During process sort out any technical problems arising from client.
Coordinating and liaising effectively with client to expedite the work in progress and
ensuring timely completion.
Review project drawings and prepare method of statement.
Prepare new hook up drawings for any modifications and take the approval from the
client.
Procurement of chemicals and consumable material related to the job.

Responsible to see that the assigned job is timely completed as per the project schedule.
Prepare method of statement for pre commissioning activities such as chemical cleaning,
passivation & hydro jetting.
Preparing circuit for pre commissioning activities, marking in the P&ID, apply standard
procedures in the field.
Conducting the site meetings, dealing with client(s) work progress, schedule reviews.
Lead the team through the duration of the projects.
Maintain official project log and documentation files.
Assist with implementation/interpretation of safety programs.
Will have responsibility to deliver a successful project to the client.
Participate in project decisions regarding technical approaches, cost, scheduling, and
performance.
Act as primary client contact for all project-field activities.
Ensure all activities are in compliance with procedure.
Study job specifications to determine appropriate work methods.
Assist in development of Project mobilization / HSE (site specific) / Site Quality
Pre-Mobilization Planning:
Develop a site execution organization chart.
