Respected Sir,
I trade currencies in the international money market, I need to have my trading profit in
my personal bank account but I have been told that SBP has restricted transfer between
individual to business and business to individual. I am not a company I do it individually
online, so please let me know what are the alternatives SBP has provided? My trading
account (outside Pakistan) in on my personal name for having my trading profit through
bank wire I will need to have FC account in USD on my personal name.
Kindly provide me the solution for the matter.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ELECTRONIC BANKING SERVICES


Introduction:
These terms and conditions shall govern the Electronic Banking Services (EBS) rendered by
Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) and its branches to their customers. These terms and conditions shall
be construed and implemented pursuant to the U.A.E. laws and not contradicting with the Noble
Sharia principles as applied by Dubai Islamic Bank Sharia Board and U.A.E. Central Bank
instructions and rules. The Arabic version, shall prevail in case of any differences between Arabic
and English versions. The Bank agrees to offer the EBS as per the following terms and
conditions.
A. Definitions:
1. Electronic Banking Services (EBS):
"Al Islami Online": Dubai Islamic Bank's banking services through the internet.
"Al Islami Phone Banking": Dubai Islamic Bank's banking services through the telephones.
"Al Islami Mobile": Dubai Islamic Bank's banking services through GSM mobiles.

2. The customer means natural person who maintains an account or accounts with DIB in their
different types.
The Bank: means Dubai Islamic Bank and its branches operating in or outside U.A.E.
3. Banking Transactions: except money withdrawal means any banking transactions of debit,
credit or transfer of funds and other services and products provided by the bank through the EBS.
4. Personal Identification Number (PIN): means the secret work and/or number composed or
alpha-numeric value issued by the Bank that allows the customer to access the service provided
through the EBS.
5. The customer shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of all PIN
code(s).
6. Password: The alpha-numeric value issued words allows the customer to access the EBS.
General Provisions:
1. All transactions accepted and implemented by the Bank upon the customer's instructions shall
be at his/her own cost and risk and the customer shall be bound by such instructions.
2. The Bank may, without referring to the customer deduct from the customer's account any
expenses, fees or commissions payable against the banking services and products rendered to
the customer provided by "Electronic Banking Services" pursuant to the banking fees and
commissions regulation as approved by the Bank.
3. The Bank shall not be liable towards the customer if the amount credited or transferred to the
customer's account is reduced because of fees or depreciated value nor shall the Bank be held
liable if the customer is unable to reach his/her funds as a result of any restrictions or regulations
issued by the courts or competent authorities.
4. The customer can have a printout of his/her statement of account through Al Islami Online
instruction. In the event of any caution, the customer should notify the Bank in writing within
fifteen (15) days from the date of the statement of account printout; if the customer fails to notify
the Bank the statement of account shall be deemed correct.

5. The Bank shall not be liable for any damages, error or loss that may occur when the customer
uses the 'Electronic Banking Services" Utility Bill Payment Services. The customer alone shall be
responsible for the correctness of the information data that are entered and any charges or
amendments that may take place to such information and data from time to time and the
settlement of any dispute with the concerned utility institution.
6. Customer shall indemnify the Bank and its employees if any liability whatsoever arises from all
transactions accepting the instructions from the customer.
7. The Bank may refuse to execute any requests, instructions or services requested by the
customer if the customer fails to comply with the necessary procedures as provided in the
website and herein or if the information and data are incorrect or are breaking the applicable laws
in the U.A.E.
8. The Bank shall not bear any responsibility resulting in case of the non-execution of the
transaction or service requested by the customer if the fault is out of the Bank's control and is
beyond the domination of the Bank and its agents, nominees and employees and if the customer
was notified of the same default via reasonable notice by any means of notification.

9. The customer permits the Bank at any time, without a prior notice to the customer, to freeze,
set-off any amount whatsoever in the customer's account held by the Bank in the name of the
customer from one account to another irrespective of their types and names or whether they are
individual and / or joint and whether in local or foreign currency whereby each such amount shall
be considered as a security for the other accounts jointly or several for the settlement of any
indebtedness due from the customer or his / her guarantor to the Bank.
10. The customer accepts the Bank's record of financial transactions shall be conclusive evidence
of such transactions and legally binding and the customer for all purposes and against all
allegations or disputes.
11. Unless and until the customer notifies the Bank in writing otherwise the address stated in the
registration form shall be considered as the approval address for delivery notices, advices, the
statement of account, notification or any document by mail to the customer. Etisalat will charge
the customer directly for receiving SMS messages from the Bank if the mobile phone provided
with the service is roaming outside the U.A.E. and the foreign operator charges for SMS
messages.
12. This service is subject to charges applied by the Bank on monthly basis or per services. In
case the customer fails to pay the fees and charges for two months the bank shall cancel the
services without notifying the customer. The customer shall notify the bank immediately in case of
loss, theft of his / her mobile phone. The customer shall indemnify the Bank for all losses or
damage due to the customer's failure to notify the Bank.
13. The customer undertakes to fully indemnify the Bank and hereby fully/and irrevocably waives,
releases and discharges the Bank and its offices / officers from any claims, obligations and rights
that may arise from the use of the service and with respect to account and transaction information
transmitted through GSM and internet network.
14. Joint Account: The above Electronic Banking Services (EBS) are available for all customers of
the Bank moreover joint account(s) with each account holder is to sign separately are eligible to
subscribe to the Electronic Banking Services (EBS) by separate applications and request such
services.
15. Loss or Misuse of PIN Code: The customer shall notify the Bank in writing in case of loss or
disclosure and misuse of the password to take the necessary precautionary measures. The Bank
may issue a new password at the cost of the customer who shall assume full responsibility as to
any transactions effected in his account upon occurrence of all or any such events until such time
the Bank confirms in writing to the customer that it has received the notice.
16. Termination: Either party shall have the right to terminate this contract at any time by giving
the other party a written notice not less than one month to the effect.
17. Validity of Contracting and Changes: The customer undertakes that he/she has fully
understood the terms and conditions and that he has not been influenced by mistake,
misrepresentation, duress and the Bank shall have the right to amend these terms and conditions
at any time.
18. The failure of the Bank at any time to require the performance by the customer of any
provisions thereof shall not affect the full right of the Bank to require such performance at any
time thereafter.
19. Notices and Correspondence: As provided for this contract, all notices and correspondence
exchanged between the Bank and the customer shall be in writing and addressed as follows:

If to the Bank, the notice correspondence shall be sent to the address of the branch where the
customer's account is maintained or to the head office of the Bank.
If to the customer, the notice correspondence shall be sent to his / her address indicated in the
account application form or any such other address as the customer may notify the Bank from
time to time.
20. The Bank reserves the right under its sole discretion to charge or increase charges for
existing services and for any or all service(s) granted to the customer in the future.
21. E-statement service and all services are provided entirely at the customer's sole risk and in
case of disclosure of the released statement, the Bank shall not be liable to the customer for any
direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage, which may arise in respect of
this disclosure and/or delivery of this e-statement service through the e-mail address(es) stated
above.

22. Dubai Islamic Bank staff will not be responsible for any unauthorized usage or unauthorized
alteration of the data.
23. Headings: The heading of the clauses of this contract are inserted for convenience only and
shall not be used for construing or implementing the provisions of this contract.
24. Dubai Islamic Bank may at any time introduce to the customer new services and implement
fee changes and so ever from all accounts.
25. If dispute arises in any amount written in figure and words, the amount in words shall prevail.
26. The customer shall notify the Bank immediately in case of loss, disclosure, or misuse of the
password or PIN for taking the necessary measures, then the Bank may issue a new PIN or
password at the customer's cost.
27. The Bank may at any time without giving reasons or prior notice stop or deny all the EBS.
28. I understand that part of the EBS are free of charge services, however the Bank reserves the
right under its sole discretion to charge fees for the services and change its policy as the Bank
seems fit after reasonable notification to the customer.
29. Some of the EBS are confirmed by the Bank through a confirmation message to the external
e-mail addresses provided by the customer, therefore the bank will not be liable for delay of the
EBS or related messages, notifications or for the non-delivery of e-statement, SMS, or other
incomplete or partial due to suppression, disruptions, blocking or filtering of e-mail by the
applicant's internet service provider, e-mail system or Etisalat or any other party, a copy of the
EBS transmitted to customers shall be available for 6 months after transmission date.
