2) Gender Equality Bill c/o Dasha Uy
a. Bill was passed through the Sanggunian email by constituent Christian
Dy
b. Bill falls under Committee on Rules, since it is not under any specific CB
committee
c. Stipulations in the bill may be too limited; might be better to create a CB
Office on Social Concerns
d. Set a meeting with Christian Dy & magistrates about the bill

b. School Forum Meetings
i. Agenda is to be set for school forum meetings every first Monday
of the Month
ii. School Forum meetings are set to talk about faculty and admin
concerns, possible plans and concerns regarding students, talks
about socio-political issues and current affairs
iii. The first will be on August 14

1. Miriam College let go of their faculty and rehired them

against labour code
2. Ateneo is deliberating on moving some professors to HS
level (reallocation, rather than letting them go)
3. The decision is up to the departments in coordination with
the admin
Maam Diane Valenzuela is asking regarding the initiatives of
Sanggunian regarding elections
i. Ask Mawe Duque to reach out to the faculty
Other concerns
i. Syllabi in reply slip form
1. Bring this up during future school forums
2. Have a formal proposal as the Sanggunian

4. Some professors dont follow through with the classroom

evaluations are not acted upon)

1. What are the Sanggunians initiatives regarding bullying?
2. Have a Sanggunian pulse regarding bullying
vi. Slots and Enlistment
1. Advisement
2. Is it easier to make extra classes and cancel later on rather
than the manual registration system?
3. Is it better to maintain fairness in registration
4. Sanggunian should come up with a formal proposal to talk
about the slots issue for proper deliberation

1. Interns went to Casiguran to check on farmers

b. Free port area with buildings, airport, etc.

c. Speakers were experts on ASEAN
d. ASEAN is based on 3 pillars

ii. Economy

i. Started ASEAN for economic factors regional economic
integration

ii. Problem: PH doesnt think big enough
