GENERAL RELEASE OF ARTIST RECORDING AND PUBLSIHING AGREEMENT

THIS GENERAL RELEASE, (“Release”) is made and entered into this _______ day of
________________, 2009, by and between ___________________________________ (hereinafter
“Company”) and ____________________________ (hereinafter referred to as “Artist”), (referred to
collectively as “Releasers”).
I. RECITALS
A. Artist entered into a Artist Recording and Publishing Agreement dated ____ day of
_____________, 20__, whereby Artist was to provide non-exclusive Artist Recording and Publishing
services to Company for the purpose of producing and exploiting masters and sound recordings through
the sale and distribution by Company (hereinafter “Agreement”).
B. Artist and Company are desirous of terminating any prior executed Artist Recording and
Publishing agreement between the parties and dismissing each other from any and all obligations, rights
and responsibilities under said Agreement.
C. This Agreement is supported by valid consideration represented by the mutual
release of the Releasers and other good and valuable consideration herein acknowledged.
D. Parties have between them various other agreements, including an Artist
Recording Agreement. Parties are in agreement and acknowledge that notwithstanding anything in this
Release Agreement, that any other agreement between the parties shall in no way be effected by this
Release.
II. COMPLETE RELEASE
The parties agree to forever discharge and completely release the other party and their heirs and assigns,
from any and all past, present or future claims, liability, obligations, actions, causes of action, rights,
damages, costs, losses of services, expenses and compensation of any nature whatsoever, whether based
on tort, contract or other theory of recovery, which Releasers now have, or which they may hereafter
accrue or otherwise be acquired, on account of, or may in any way a grow out of any Agreement between
Company and Artist, described herein in Recital “A” above and attached hereto as Exhibit “A” or any
other agreement between Artist and Company.
III. SCOPE
This Release and discharge shall apply to Releasers, their past, present and future officers, directors,
stockholders, attorneys, agents, partners, predecessors, and successors and assigns and all persons, firms,
corporations with whom any of the former have been, are now, or may thereafter be affiliated. This
Release, on the part of the Releasers, shall be a fully binding and complete settlement among the
Releasers, and their heirs, assigns and successors.
IV. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This is the entire agreement between the parties. No prior or contemporaneous agreement shall be
binding on the parties or capable of altering the terms of this Agreement. Any changes in this Agreement
must be made in writing, signed by all the parties to this Agreement.
V. STATE LAW This Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia.
