supportingsafeguards(i.e.securitypatrols,
surveillance,antiintrusiondevices,lighting)
especiallyduringhighthreatperiod

linkconstructiontoppedwithanadditional2footbarbed
wireoutriggerconsistingof3strandsof9gauge
galvanizedbarbedwireat45degreeoutwardangle
abovethefence.
Theeffectivenessofasecurityfenceagainstpenetration
dependstoalargeextentontheconstructionemployed.
Thebottomofthefenceshouldbewithin2inchesofthe
ground.
Securityfencelinesshouldbekeptclearofall
obstructions.
