I am a Final Year Entertainment Technologies student interested in video editing. I have pre-
production, production, and post production experience. I have been part of several short films in
both a film crew and a post production perspective. I am looking to expand my post production
editing repertoire and skills.

Relevant Experience
9 month placement at Portsmouth University, working in Creative Technologies, mostly video
based projects.
5 days work experience with London based TV programme production company Firecracker
Films. Work undertaken included: pre-production research and planning, logging rushes footage
on computers, and going out to help on shoots.
3 years of university course training with AVID, Photoshop, and Macromedia Director experience,
as well as several group based video projects.

Skill Set
Organisation skills- planning a wedding during final year of university, and assisting in the
planning of another.
IT skills and familiarity with computer programs including: Macromedia Director MX, Adobe
Photoshop and AVID.
Interpersonal skills - Have worked in many groups with various roles. All involving listening and
negotiating with group members over ideas.
Leadership qualities - led a group in a documentary producing unit.
Participation as part of a group, in producing a 20 minute studio based television program
Responsibility, as Producer/Project Manager of a group documentary.
