HoEdSUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATIONS.
{2007-2008
& 2008-2009Batch Along with Backlog & Improvement CandidatesJ
It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that the
REd Supplementary Examinations of Theory & Practical for the academic Year
2007-2008& 2008:.2009Batch along with Backlog & Improvement candidates under
the Jurisdiction of this University will be held in the month of April 2010.
The Practical Examinations will be conducted from March 2010.
The schedule of Final Lesson for Practical Examinations should be submitted
alongwith the examiantion application forms. The Principals concerned Colleges are
requested to submit the Practical Examination Award Lists immediately after the
Practical Examinatiosn are completed. The Theory Exanrination Time-Table will be
notified in due course.

The schedule for payment of Examination fee and submission of Examination

Application forms, duly completed in all respects at the office of the Principals of the
concerned college[s] are shown below:

Fee Structure:
The Prescribed Examination fee is Rs.585/- + &s.50/- '(Provisional Certificate
Charges) i.e.,the total fee is &s.635/-
GENERAL CONDITIONS TO THE STUDENTS
. 1. Failed candidates of 2007-2008 & 2008-2009 Batch and Backlog &
Imprqvement candidates are advised to enclose xerox copy of REd
Memo of Marks of earlier examinations.
GENERAL CONDITIONS TO THE PRINCIPALS: -
1. The Principals are requested to submit the fees for received application forms "
and not to pay the fee for un-received application forms. Any excess fees paid
for unreceived application forms is not refundable Individual Demand
Drafts Submitted by the students willnot be accepted.

2. (i) As a part of the Core Banking System, all the students are hereby
instructed to deposit Examination fee into their respective College Principal's
Accounts only (students are advised not to obtain the DD in favour of the,
"Controller of Examinations", aU)
(ii) The College Principals are requested to deposit (credit) the consolidated
Examination fee amount into "Registrar, Osmania University, Examination
Fee Fund Alc No:52198262033" in any Branch of State Bank of Hyderabad and
obtain a receipt from the bank and submit the same to the Examination
Branch, au along with application forms.

3. The Principals are requested to subrpit the application forms along with the
Name List (Nominal Roll) in prescribed proforma, subject wise & fee
particulars in duplicate.
4. The Principals of the Colleges are required to submit the application forms in
the office of the controller of Examinations.

5. A Penal fee ofRs.5,OOOj-per day shall be levied if the college fails to submit
the Examination application forms within the stipulated date without late fee
forms on 15-03-2010and with a late fee on 20-03-2010respectively.
6. No Examination Application form will be entertained after the due date
20-03-2010.
7. FINAL LESSON PRACTICAL AWARD LISTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED
IN THE EXAMINATION BRANCH AS SOONS AS THE PRACTICAL
EXAMINATION ARE COMPLETED.

8. The Colleges are required to enclose the clearance certificates issued by the
stores section of the Examination Branch as a proof for the unused
examination stationery returned by the college pertaining to the
examinations conducted earlier.

9. Principals of the colleges are requested to submit the Application forms at the
earliest possible date without waiting for the cut off dat~ and furnish the
details in the given proformas.
