Why Debating Is Interesting???

Let me share you one question of our Psychology Final Exam, Should Animal be used in
research?. Many of us wrote in this way, No! Never! During the scientific research, a lot of animal
died. Sometimes these animals need to take some sample medicine (which is not always safe) in order
to verify the effectivity of the medicine. Animal has the right, not to be harmed. As human has life,
they also have life. So they should be treated like human being..

A Debater can oppose like, Equality should be maintained not only in the moment to give right, but
also the moment to give punishment. If a Human kills another human, then the murderer human needs
to face criminal conviction. This is also same when a person kills a rare wild animal. But when a
human/other animal killed by a snake/tiger, that villain animal does not need to face any criminal
conviction. Then why animal should be treated as human.
You can oppose like another way, A human can produce medicine not only for the human being, but
also for the animal community, because they have that intellect. On the other hand Animal cant have
the intellect to produce medicine for themselves or human being. So, not only for the sake of human
community, but also for the well-being of animal community we should continue animal testing.

I know that neither of the info was new to you, but the organization of that may seem innovative.
Debate will allow you to think critically, differently and with innovation. No matter how less you
know, you will acquire some commonsense. After a regular Debating Career you will discover that,
You know Something of Everything and Everything of Something
What are the Intellectual benefits of debate:
Two things will surely happen:
1. You will understand the complex issues
2. Then You can make them easy to understand for others.
At the end of the day, you will be a frank and smart person, because you will learn what to say, when
and how to say in an organized and synchronized way.
Debate and Career
After completion of study the minimum benefit you will get from here is an opportunity to write two
more lines into your Resume. But what is the further effect?
Answer: Speak in truth the recruiting authority does not seek any debater to recruit or to give
preference. Because they dont need Debaters, they need Officers.
How to compare between Debaters and officers?
Both of them need 2 skills.
1. Identifying solution/ identifying the reason to support a topic. (Intellectual Skills)
2. Make the solution performed by the fellow delegate/ prove the reason true and important with
an organized teamwork. (Leadership Skill+Team work)
Your identity as a debater may not help you directly, but the acquired skills from debate will surely
help you.

Finally, A common fallacy among us is those who speaks smartly, with a good voice and proper eye
contact, are an overall good person. If we want to make Relation or Promotion it is needed. So why
dont we learn it.
Now the question what will you need to learn Debating?

This Equation needs to be solved: The skill needed to be debater = Nothing No + King [That is
THINKING]
I can answer you from the perspective of an Economic event and principle. You can buy a product
when you have both the Willingness and Capability. Same for the debate. You will need the
Willingness (to think) and the Capability (the ability to speak, having proper vocal cord!)
