Paragraph 1
According to several studies, the impact of loneliness on health is worse than smoking
and obesity. It can be dangerous and can cause irreversible consequences. Loneliness is one
of the various emotions faced by a normal human being. But unlike any other emotion, it
affects ones health to a great extent. Human beings are social animals and socialising with
other people is a part of their nature. While some people are more social, having a great group
of people to communicate with, there are some who are reserved and like to be in their own
world. But this doesnt mean that the people who are reserved are lonely. Loneliness is
altogether a very different feeling which can be experienced at different situations and under
different conditions. Though it is one of the most commonly experienced feelings, chronic
loneliness can lead you to some serious consequences. It can affect both the emotional and
physical health of a person.

Positive psychology names the propensity for laughter and sense of humour as one of
the 24 main signature strengths one can possess, and laughter yoga clubs springing up across
the country, Research has shown that the health benefits of laughter are far-ranging. While
more research needs to be done, studies so far have shown that laughter can help relieve pain,
bring greater happiness and even increase immunity. Laughter reduce the level of stress
hormones like cortisol, epinephrine (adrenaline) and dopamine. It also increase the level of
health-enhancing hormones like endorphins and neurotransmitters. Laughter increase the
number of antibody-producing cells and enhances the effectiveness of T cells. All this means
a stronger immune system, as well as fewer physical effects of stress.

In the last few years, the local media, especially the press, have been replete with
reports of crimes and violence in Malaysia. There have been many reports of snatch thefts,
rapes and other sexual crimes, assaults and murders, child abuse and ill-treatment of foreign
maids, hold-ups and thefts, kidnappings, not to mention numerous fatal road accidents. With
this barrage of media reporting, there is an air of anxiety and fear as to what the future will
hold for our Malaysian society and subsequent quality of life. This black cloud is further
removed of any silver lining when police statistics on these crimes indicate that they are
indeed on the rise.

Strategy of Introduction: Set the scene / Problem solving
Exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. However, for those who suffer
from asthma, exercise may present some challenges. Exercise can often be a common trigger
of asthma symptoms, especially in children. Asthmatics may tend to exercise less than they
should; however, with proper management and control, having asthma should not stop
children from participating in sports or other physical activities. Asthma should not be used
as an excuse to avoid all type of physical activity. In fact, it is just as important for asthmatic
children to get all the exercise that they need as it is for other children. Regular physical
activity is one of the best things to do for both health and overall well-being.

In conclusion, there are four crucial steps everyone can take to prevent himseft or
herself from becoming a snatch theft victims. Remember, being aware of your surroundings,
not walking anywhere alone, always of your brightly-lit crowded streets and not wearing
expensive jewellery can indeed prevent you from becoming a victim of these unscrupulous
criminals. Remember, it is indeed better to be safe than sorry.

Strategy / Approach: Suggestion
In short, there are many ways to prevent oneself from becoming a snatch theft victim.
Being aware of ones surroundings, walking in groups, avoiding all lonely roads and dark
alleys and not wearing expensive or flashy jewellery can indeed prevent innocent people
from becoming victims of these unscrupulous criminals. The basic recommendation is that if
one is careful and cautious of ones actions and ones surrounding, it is possible to reduce the
risk of becoming a snatch theft victim.

He gave to suggestions. First, people had to look at any drawbacks to the scheme
from a bigger perspective and learn from experience and improve on it during the early
implementation. Second, besides making the public pay for quality healthcare, the
government had to ensure that all hospitals, especially private ones, and the relevant medical
authorities set proper and reasonable medical charges for every treatment available.

in career growth. Education has played a paramount role in the modern industrial world. This
