risk, increasing revenues, controlling costs that organizations, across various industries, should address
in order to help them flourish. We help companies to identify and manage risks inherent in business
processes and technology systems that support business objectives, and provide them with the
information needed to help them meet their strategic and financial goals. Services are specialized to help
clients mitigate risks across an overall risk spectrum.

ADVISORY

>> ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Background research and analysis work using publically available information to obtain background
information including identification of any red flags on account of
bribery/corruption/litigation/crimes/misconduct etc. for entities and individuals globally.

Negative News screening to identify news related to our subject from a bunch or articles which
contain the same/similar name as that of our subject

Assessment of source of wealth for using publically available information for high net worth/politically
exposed customers of a bank

Documentation and email review

>> THE INDIVIDUAL

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work well in teams

Basic understanding of Knowledge of MS office ( MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc); and

Have the ability to work under pressure stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may
demand extended working hours

Be willing to travel within India or abroad for continuous long periods of time

Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic

Qualification: B.Com (H) Finance/Accounting or BA Eco (H) or Journalism
