CARMEN R.

HOWLETTE, LCSW-C
COUNSELING & PSYCHOTHERAPY
Treatment services designed to meet the needs of each
individual, couple, and family.
Calling a psychotherapist for the first time can be an anxiety-provoking
experience. But when you connect with a competent, skilled, and
compassionate professional you may begin to experience relief during the initial
session.
My approach begins with a comprehensive assessment to accurately determine
your concerns and goals. From this foundation we will build a safe,
confidential, nonjudgmental environmental, where we can talk about and
resolve your initial concerns. Subsequently, we will delve into any deeper
unresolved issues if you choose.
Working at your pace we will explore your thoughts, feelings, behavior
patterns, attitudes, and relationships to begin clearing a pathway to healthier
choices, balance, and wellbeing.

If you experience any of the following, you may benefit from a

consultation with a psychotherapist :

Overwhelming stress or constant worrying

Enduring grief following the loss of a relationship
Decreased interest or enjoyment in activities you previously enjoyed
Difficulty adjusting to major life transitions (marriage, becoming a parent, a new job,
relocation, loss of employment, etc.)
Dissatisfaction with life and/or relationships
Frequent conflicts with children or spouse
Significant behavior problems at school or home
