The spray parameters given above are suggestions for a starting point. Coating process optimization will yield the best
settings for a specific coating application. For alternative settings using other gases or processes (HVOF, other plasma
torches) contact Powder Alloys Corp.
Additional details on the powder may be obtained by referring to the appropriate OEM specification. Because of their fine
size, thermal spray powders tend to absorb moisture. It is recommended that the powders be stored in a warm and
moisture free environment. Prior to use, gently tumble the storage containers to avoid possible segregation of the
powder.
During spray operation of this powder, as with all thermal spray powders, the operator should wear personal protective
equipment. The spray operations should be carried out in a well ventilated booth with appropriate acoustical dampening.

For your convenience, we have listed various industrial specifications applicable to our products. These specifications are intended as a reference only and not for
determining, if required, Powder Alloy Corporation source approved products. We encourage you to contact our customer service manager for specific Powder Alloy
Corporation source approvals.
