UNDERWRITER, whom she presently manage with an Account No. 0216-00016-1.
That my said Checking Account has been withdrnow d a friend by the name MA. CRISTINA
FLORDELIS, of legal age, and a resident of #24 Baloy St., Quezon City, whom she asked me
favor to used my own Checking Account for purposes of financing termga wit opportunity to set
up a snack bar inside Delos Santos Physical Therapy Department Community service, Adjacent
to the Delos Santos Hospital. But unfortunately it was a 2 days event only thus leads us to pack
up every day. But after that two days event we received a very positive feedback from the
students, A permanent set up of our food cart inside said compound.
In this regard, we would like to express our intention to be one of the store tenants of Rustan
Superstore located at Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City and thereby complying to all the
requirements of this undertaking.
We wish to avail/rent two (2) store spaces (preferably near Jollibee) for our retail products: one
space for watches and jewelries and the other one for cellular phones and cellular phone
accessories.
