timehasarrived.Mostcollegemathematicstextbooksattempttobeallthingstoallpeople
and,asaresult,aremuchtoobigandexpensive.Thisperhapsmadesomesensewhen
thesebookswereratherexpensivetoproduceanddistributebutthistimehaspassed.
