(a) What is inclusive education and its primary objective? Identify the major initiatives
and schemes of inclusive education. Do you think that these initiatives can
effectively address the major challenges of inclusive education?
(b) It is impossible to govern a Huge Country like India from a single centre. Therefore,
the federal system is inevitable. Analyse the above statement from the context of
evolving federal structure.
(c)What is independence of Judiciary? Does independence imply absence of
accountability? What are the different measures that have been taken to make
judiciary accountable?

more than 100 of Indian Constitution in last 60 years? Give your answer by
comparing the constitutional amendment processes of the two countries.
