Tearful thanks to God who Blessed us with tears

The perfume of sandalwood spreads in the air only on
rubbing it. The glow and value of a gem will increase upon
cutting and polishing it. The glitter of gold will get
enhanced in blast-furnace. Man is purged only when he
gets burnt in the fire of troubles and sheds tears. In fact,
tears symbolize a melted and softened heart. The tears of
joy would roll down in the presence of God. If God remains
silent, tears trickle down due to a feeling of remorse, guilt
and pain. Even doctors say that tears physically cleanse
and make eyes bright. Poets would say that tears would
cleanse the negative thoughts hid in the depths of the
heart and make man truly noble. Really speaking, God-
gifted tears, like a miracle medicine, cleanse the human
mind and purify, beautify and edify it. We should pray to
God not only in the hour of crisis but in every occasion and
everywhere. God would then give us a stout heart to
weather the life's storms. Both pains and pleasures are
given by God. Therefore, we should treat both tears and
smiles as gifts of God. The importance of light is known
only in darkness. We appreciate the value of rest only after
long hours of hard work. We know what joy is to
experience when we suffer from sorrows. How can we be
ungrateful to Baba who washes our sins and purifies us
through troubles and problems?

Shirdi Sai Sansthan to remove unauthorized
Samadhi's of Shirdi Sai baba
11th March`2010
Mumbai : Shirdi Sai Sansthan has started a Campaign to
remove all Unauthorized Samadhi's of Shirdi Sai Baba
being made everywhere.
What triggered this action, was the fact, that the self
proclaimed Sai Disciple "Ichchadhari Baba", who was
arrested in Delhi's sex scandal, had built a Samadhi of
Shirdi Sai Baba in his Ashram. And after, this fake Baba
got busted, the Shirdi Sai Baba Sansthan has planned to
take stern action against such individuals or institutions,
who have made Sai Baba's Fake Samadhi's everywhere.
The above is Shirdi Sai babas original Samadhi which later
on looked like this.........

It is believed, that by climbing the holy stairs of Sai Baba's

Samadhi in Shirdi, all worries go away. That is why Sai
Devotee's, from all the corners of the world, come to Shirdi
for a chance to climb the Stairs of Sai Baba's powerful
Samadhi.
Taking advantage of these sincere feelings of Sai Baba's
devotees, Delhi's fake Baba Bhimanand Ichchadhari got a
Samadhi of Shirdi Sai Baba, made in his Ashram. But, the
fact was that, he was just taking the support of Sai Baba's
name, inorder to hide his dark deed's.
After, Bhimanand Ichchadhari' s true identity came out,
the Shirdi Sai Sansthan has made it very clear that it will
not tolerate anybody playing with the true feelings of
Baba's devotees, by making such fake Samadhi's.
Sai Baba's Samadhi is only in Shirdi and considering this,
the Shirdi Sansthan has ordered the removal of all such
fake Samadhi's of Sai Baba.
All over the country, there are hundred's of small & big
Temple's of Shirdi Sai Baba and the Sai Sansthan doesn't
want Baba's Samadhi to be disgraced in any manner. The
Sansthan said that by making such fake Samadhi's, people
are playing with the sentiment's of the Baba's devotees.
The Sai Sansthan claims that in the coming Six months, it
will start taking action against all unauthorized Samadhi's
of Sai Baba, for which if needed, help from the Police will
also be taken.

The Secret of Offerings Made to Baba as Dakshina
In Baba's view, offering does not mean mere offering of
money. Listening to Baba's great deeds and knowing how,
when and what to offer is the real offering. In a bid to free
His devotees from the earthly bonds and to remove the
adverse effects of karma, Baba used to summon His
devotees and sought offerings from them. He used to ask
for six coins symbolizing the six internal enemies of man.
Sai Baba asked His devotees to offer dakshina as a symbol
of self-sacrifice and for their own welfare. What dakshina
teaches us is that we should gratefully and gladly give back
to God what He generously gifted us with. Lord Krishna
says that God is pleased even a leaf, flower, fruit or water
is offered with true devotion. Baba used to ask for two
coins symbolizing faith and patience. When a devotee
pleaded that his purse was empty to give dakshina to Baba,
He reminded him to complete the reading of the Vishnu
Sahasranama for that day and offer Him fifteen salutations
symbolic of fifteen rupees. Baba used to demand and
receive from some people only the exact amount of money
they were indebted to Him. He refused any offering made
by a devotee unasked. Before He breathed His last, Baba
offered nine coins, symbolizing nine modes of devotion, to
Lakshmibhai Shinde.

'Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet

is fighting some kind of battle.'
Dear Sai Devotees,
!!OM SAI RAM!
Please may I humbly request you all to pray for
Mr. G.P SINHA's FATHER, who left for the
heavenly abode on 7th March 2010.
MAY HE REST IN PEACE AND FIND SOLACE IN
HEAVEN.
And also may BABA be with GP Bhaiya and his
family and give them strength to overcome the
great loss.
MR. GP SINHA (Bhaiya) , as most devotees would
be knowing, has been doing the SELFLESS SEVA
of praying for so many devotees, thus today let us
also together as a SAI family pray for GP Bhaiya
and his grief striken family and near and dear
ones associated with them and request BABA to
take care of them all.
MAY THE EVER KIND SHREE SAI BABA BE
WITH THE SINHA PARIVAR TODAY AND
ALWAYS!
MAY BABA BLESS US ALL ALWAYS AND KEEP
US IN HIS CARE!

On Monday
Dear Sai, help me wash away all my selfishness
and Vanity, so I may serve you with perfect
humility Through the week ahead.
On Tuesday
Dear Sadguru, help me iron out all the wrinkles of
prejudice that I have collected through the years ,
So that I may see the beauty in others.
On Wednesday
O Sainath , help me mend my ways so I will not Set
a bad example for others.
On Thursday
Saibaba, help me to dust out all the many faults I
have been hiding in the secret corners of my heart.
On Friday
Baba, give me the grace to shop wisely so I may
purchase eternal happiness for myself and all
others who are in need of love.
On Saturday
Help me, my Sai, to brew a big kettle of Love and
serve it with clean, sweet bread of human
kindness.
And On Sunday
O Sainath, I have prepared my house for you.
Please Come into my heart so I may spend the day
and the Rest of my life in your presence.
Resting Care-Free in Peace, Serenity, Fearlessness
before Death Knocks at the Door
It is but natural to experience some physical pain at the
hour of death. Even Baba's body writhed in pain at the
time of leaving the mortal body. But God will never cause
problems beyond our control, not even the unbearable
pain at the time of death. If we constantly remember God,
He would provide us with the strength to endure any pain
with anxiety-free, care-free, peaceful state of mind at the
time of death. Even Lord Krishna assured that, one would
merge with Him if one breathes his last by remembering
or chanting His name. How pious were the people who
lived at Baba's feet till they neared their end and those who
reached Him at the fag end of their lives to shed their
mortal coils. On one occasion some fakirs brought to
Shirdi an ailing tiger. It breathed its last while gazing at
the serene face of Baba. An individual soul is eternal and
immortal and is not touched by birth, death or pain of
body. It has no feelings of either love or hate. It transcends
the limitations of the gross body. When one spends his or
her entire life in Baba's service and dedication, such a
person will get a peaceful and blissful end. What all good
deeds one performs, will follow one's soul after departing
from the body, breaks the karmic cycle, liberates the soul
and ensures the eternal bliss.

Baba Touches and Blesses the Scriptures

The words in the holy utterances are also like the words in
our common speech. Yet, by the teaching of Guru, the
words get sanctified and empowered. Likewise, the words
in an ordinary book, when taught by a Guru, come alive,
reveal the Truth-Light and become sweet and immortal.
Like a mother who knows what food to feed the child, a
Guru is well aware of what to teach and which book to be
read by whom. Baba, the Living God of our times, used to
touch and treat the Holy Scriptures with great respect in
order to make His faithful devotees appreciate the
importance of reading holy books. When, Bapusaheb Jog
received a parcel of Tilak's book on Geeta Rahasya, Baba
returned it, after touching and placing a rupee coin on it,
as a mark of respect. Once Baba presented a copy of
Vishnu Sahasranama owned by one Ramadasi, to His close
devotee Shyama and instructed him to read it. Again, Baba
asked Shyama to present his copy of Pancharatna Geeta to
Ramadasi who was peeved at the presentation of his book
to Shyama. Baba advised him to shed attachment and
cultivate the spirit of sacrifice. Shyama who got the book
from Baba and Ramadasi who got the book from Shyama
were doubly blessed. Not only did Baba present books but
threw light on the teachings of the scriptures.
