academic or vocational formal, informal and nonformal learning. The level descriptors

and training providers as they describe the knowledge, skills and competences and a set of
learningoutcomeswhichindicatetothelearnertheendofalearningprocess.
Learningoutcomesrefertowhatalearnerisexpectedtoknowandbeabletodoattheendofa
