Current Status SRD review/Req freezing/Designing
Release date to QA To be finalized only after all Reqs are frozen. Shall be able to decide mid next week.
Tasks Completed 1. Project: SRD reviews done for DFS, Storm Threshold, Text Based Configuration and
this week IGMP Snooping. Reqs are frozen for DFS, StTh and TBC. Some inputs are needed from
PLM on IGMP final Reqs.
2. DDRS: Referred AP code for .11n DDRS. SRD ready for review. Design started.
3. 5/10 MHz ChBW: No Activities. Arada promised to provide HAL changes by 22nd
sept.
4. Slave DFS: SRD review done. Reqs are finalized. Implementation done for SU
blacklisting channels and sending RADAR event message to the BSU. Design for other
reqs going on.
5. Max MTU: No activities.
6. IGMP Snooping: SRD reviewes once. Need some input from PLM and Engg to freeze
the Reqs. Design started.
7. 11J Support - Not started.
8. T1/E1 Optimization: Debugging/testing going on. Build 206110 has errs without
daughter boards. Overnight test passes when connected to omni antenna in RF chamber.
Latest build 208291 build passes overnight test. More details in note #1.
9. Text Based Configuration: SRD reviewed. Reqs frozen. Design/Implementation
going on. Commit/Init funcationality for XML file done. Protect Err Prints done.
Duplication of entry-status is being worked on by Brian.
10. 1/ 2.5 MHz ChSp: Sent mail to Arada to confirm if HW supports this feature. As per
them not supported for PB44 driver. Need more follow-ups.
11. Storm Threshold: SRD Reviewed. Reqs frozen. Design started. Design change note
ready for review.

requirements not be advisable and have to think of alternatives.
2. Ping time is increasing when the module is inserted. Is this ok? What can be done to
decrease this?
