Not Included in Price:
Insurance (travel, health), optional sightseeing extensions or add-on
trips, miscellaneous fees such as airport transfers, airline fees (bags,
food, etc.), lunches, most dinners, drinks, gratuities, taxi rides, etc.
Payments:
All payments should be made by check to S.O.U.L.. Total balance
is due Jan.12, 2016. Thereafter, a $100 late fee will be assessed.
Accommodations:
Each participant is responsible for confirming their own roommate.
Reasonable efforts will be made to confirm the best hotel
accommodations within the budget allowance. Guarantees cannot
be made regarding hotel accessibility, comfort, or proximity to
attractions. Request accessible room if needed- no guarantees.
Airline Routes/Tickets:
In order to keep prices as low as possible, no guarantee is made
regarding the most direct flight routing. Once tickets are printed,
airline tickets cannot be changed or refunded thereafter. Air
transportation will be in economy class on a non-refundable nonamendable ticket. All flight times are subject to change without
notice. SOUL is not responsible for such changes or delays and will
not reimburse expenses resulting from such delays/changes.
Additional Airline Fees:
You may be assessed additional airline fees (food, baggage, etc.)

Fit to Travel Statement:
Passengers registering for this tour accept the responsibility for
being in good health and being able to walk and travel on the tour.
Participants should expect to carry their own luggage at all times.

Late Registrations:
Participants may register for this tour after September 29, 2015.
Registrations received after this date may incur additional fees
based on flight availability. Additional fees will be advised upon
registration.
Price Increases:
All prices quoted in this brochure are subject to change due to
airline price changes prior to ticketing, number of tour participants,
and unforeseen circumstantial fee increases. You will be notified
immediately upon discovery of an increase and will have the option
of paying the difference or cancelling with full refund.
Cancellation Fees:
You are encouraged to secure your own Travel Protection Plan.
With or without a protection plan travelers should be aware of the
following penalties: Before Nov. 16, airline ticket/fees plus $150.
Between Nov. 16 and Dec. 16, airline ticket/fees plus $450.
After Dec. 16, no refund will be paid (all payments non-refundable).
Submit cancellation request in writing.
Itinerary Changes:
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this brochure.
The proposed itinerary may be altered to accommodate changes in
airline plan, festival, hotel schedules, and local conditions.

Acceptance and Release Information:

Except where otherwise stated, SOUL acts only as the agent for the relative supplier in securing hotels, transportation, and other travel
services and in no event shall SOUL be liable for failure by any such supplier to render any transportation, lodging, or other travel services
to be provided on the tour. SOUL assumes no liability for injury, death, or damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may occur by
reason of negligent or willful act or omission of any suppliers of service. SOUL does not own or operate any of the suppliers of services of
the tour. Similarly, without limiting the foregoing, participants agree to hold SOUL harmless for any defect in any vehicle, plane, boat, bus,
car, van, or other vehicle, act of war, or insurrection, terrorist activity, revolt, or other civil uprising, military action, strikes, labor unrest, or
any Act of God, or for any other act of any third party. Michigan law will be applicable to any dispute which arises out of/or concerns this
brochure or your tour. Any and all litigation must be brought only in and for courts in Oakland County, MI to the exclusion of litigation
anywhere else in the world. Payment of deposit constitutes your acceptance of all terms and conditions printed in this brochure
