systems provides the core of very flexible distribution facilities and
integration solutions compatible with a wide range of third party

PROCESS AUTOMATION
Our process automation business provides complete automation
solutions including consultancy, design, engineering, installation
and commissioning. Utilising modern software, hardware and
network technology, allows integrated, scaleable and open
systems to be applied to a customers automation requirements.

MEASUREMENT & METERING

The Measurement and Metering Systems division offers an
extensive range of fiscal metering and control products (gas or
liquid) for the gas transmission, distribution and petrochemical
industries. Hardware includes FMC Technologies PD meters,
Multiphase meters, Turbine meters, Coriollis meters, differential
measurement fittings and liquid and gas analysis products and
systems. The Measurement and Metering Systems division can
provide anything from a single item to a complete turn-key system
for your liquid, gas or blending requirements.

CORPORATE STRUCTURE

BRIEF HISTORY - 1946 TO PRESENT

The Terminal Automation business was acquired by Diamond Key
International in June 1998 which was originally established in
Adelaide, South Australia in 1946. The business was relocated to
Melbourne, Victoria in 1982.
Exports to New Zealand and the Pacific have comprised an
important aspect of the business since inception. During the past
decade the business has expanded, establishing positions
throughout the Asian markets.
From the time of its establishment in June 1998, Diamond Key
Internationals Head Office has been located in Melbourne,
Victoria, Australia. Regionally the company has operations in
Bangkok, Thailand, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Beijing, China
which service Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia,
Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong, China and the
Middle East. Our fabrication facilities are located in Melbourne,
Victoria, Australia and Yueyang, HuNan Province, China. The
company is also represented by distributors in the Philippines, and
Hong Kong SAR China.

Diamond Key International has recently installed the latest

Diamond Key International has established several strategic

alliances through which a broader range of products and services

FMC TECHNOLOGIES
FMC Technologies is the worlds leading producer of custody
transfer measurement and control equipment for the
petrochemical industry.
Diamond Key International has an international OEM Agreement
together with an Australian and New Zealand distributorship for
FMC Technologies. Our agreement facilitates the incorporation of
FMC liquid and gas measurement components into modular
terminal automation gantries.
Diamond Key International and FMC Technologies engineering
groups work in close co-operation on new product development in
oil and gas application related technical matters.

LIQUIP INTERNATIONAL
Liquip International specialise in the design, development and
manufacture of premium quality equipment for bulk handling of
fuels and chemicals for the petrochemical industry. These include
Loading Arms for the loading of road and rail vehicles, overfill
protection and load rack monitoring devices.
DKI has strategic alliances and agreements with Liquip
International covering a number of geographical areas. These
facilitate the incorporation of their equipment into DKI loading
solutions and gantries. Additionally DKI distribute Liquip
International products in the Asian region and recently have
commenced the manufacture of Liquip loading arms, under
licence, in China.

DISTRIBUTION FACILITIES AUTOMATION

Diamond Key Internationals range of automation systems
provides the core for very flexible distribution facilities automation
and integration solutions compatible with a wide range of third
party components and systems. Installations at facilities of all the
international oil majors, most of the regional oil nationals, and at
many shared terminals have proven and quantified the benefits
derived from our Terminal Automation Systems.
Our automation solutions are based on these core systems:
Omega 3000 - A full functionality, field proven terminal
automation system that provides for multiple companies to
independently host and operate at a terminal facility.
Omega-ML - A multi-lingual, terminal automation system built on
the strengths of Omega 3000 with the benefit of utilising a web
browser interface.
OmegaLite - A simple, no frills, low cost solution with basic
functionality suitable for small terminals and depots, especially
where they are not part of a larger network.
Omega SCADA - Offers full supervisory monitoring and control of
terminal facilities via detailed real-time graphical consoles.

ENGINEERED LIQUID / GAS PRODUCTS

Diamond Key International offers a wide range of engineered
products, from large multi stream pipeline metering skids to small
dye trace injection systems.
With over 50 years experience, Diamond Key International has
developed a range of standard truck loading modules from one
arm through six arm, top or bottom loading. These standard units
have been time tested with many installed throughout the Asia
Pacific region.
Our easily maintainable systems are designed to meet all of the
relevant standards for the safe loading of flammable liquids and
gases. The systems can operate as either stand-alone units or
interface to Terminal Automation Systems.
In addition, a range of locomotive self-fuelling and rail car loading
systems are available. Incorporating locomotive ID and driver
authorisation for driver-only refueling which can significantly
reduce operating costs.
Included in this range of engineered products we also offer an
extensive range of additive injection and blending systems from
small dye and tracer skids through to pipeline blending systems.

FMC Technologies is the worlds leading producer of custody
transfer flow measurement and control equipment for the oil, gas
and petrochemical industries. The FMC operation in Texas
provides world class designs and commissioning of petroleum
measurement and control systems for the most demanding
applications in the world and have supplied over 1000 systems to
the petroleum industry for gas and liquid measuring stations.

after sales service to ensure the full benefits and efficiencies of
installations are realised. We offer a range of support services to
ensure smooth site operation across the life of the installation.
Our Customer Services Centre includes Automation Systems
Support, Help Desk, Automation and Operational Training,
Operational Support, Technical Consulting, Field Preventative
and Remedial Maintenance, Meter Calibration, and Electrical and
Hydraulic Repairs.
We understand that site downtime is expensive for the operating
company and the need to respond very rapidly in the event of
system failure (such as might be caused by lightning strikes etc).
The Customer Services Centre products have been developed
over two decades in close co-operation with our customers and
range from remedial through to comprehensive real-time
operational support.
Diamond Key International is currently providing support services
to many facilities across the Asia Pacific region achieving better
than 99.975% operational up-time.
