5. The Permitted plan deviations of erected components demand the overall
length / width for buildings up to 30m shall be within 20mm. For
buildings in excess of 30m, the deviation shall be 20mm +0.25mm/m

It is important that base sizes shown are adhered
to as these are the minimum sizes required in the
building design.
The building has been desinged to the standards
laid down in BS5502 Part 1 Section 1.2
Building is Class 2. Basic wind velocity allowed for
in the design is 46m/ s.
Ground Roughness category is SL -0.15 and SA -0.07
Design is for altitude up to 200m and the bearing
capacity of the ground is assumed to be 150k/ N.
