One of Australia's leading psychiatric experts,

Dr Robertson has worked in the fields of ethics,
psychological trauma and the philosophy of
psychiatry. He has worked in occupational and
forensic psychiatry for nearly two decades and
currently holds the position of Medical Director
for Recovre.
Dr Allan joined MLO last year and has already

established a reputation for expert reports with
swift turnaround. He is also available to travel
for consultations to regional areas. Dr Allan has
completed the impairment courses for
Comcare in November 2013 and WorkCover
NSW in February 2014.
Dr Lee has been with Recovre since 2009

and in that time has provided a wide range of
services across the corporate health,
medico-legal and injury management areas.
These have included pre-employment medical
assessments and oversighting as well as IMC
and Earning Capacity Assessments and a
number of education seminars.

4. What is the relationship between the
employees complaints and the injury?

condition(s) which may impact upon his/her
performance of their duties in the workplace?
3. If the employee is not currently fit to return to
pre injury duties, when do you consider that
he/she will be ready to return to his/her previous
position role?

6. Does the injury relate to any previous injury?
7. Do you believe the injury to be an aggravation
of a pre-existing condition? If so when do you
consider the aggravation likely to cease?
8. Is the employees employment a substantial
factor to current ongoing incapacity?

back and neck problems at this stage of her life
anyway?
10. What medical treatment, if any, do you
consider is reasonably necessary as a result of
injury at work?

requirements of the role, are there any tasks in
the duties that he/she could perform?

assess the risk of further injury or re-aggravating

provide guidelines on appropriate hours/days
per week and the rate of increase in hours.
