INDUSTRIES: - L.E.D light/bulb is an entirely domestic small scale industry
and you can do it even at your home. This is hand art work and you can make
it main sources of your income. L.E.D runs with Electricity & Inverters also.
This product is perfect during load shading and also saves light.
SPACE: - the space required installing this L.E.D light plant/Tool Kit you
should have Small Computer / TV Size Table is suitable very small space
required

Raw material: - company will provide you 300 pieces of raw material for
production as free. And monthly unlimited supply Which include=battery,
switch, led light/bulb, resistance, transistor, iron, charging knob, PVC wire,
solder wire, paste, glass/PVC body.
Electricity consumption: - it will be consume 10 to 15 units per month.
Production: - you can make 60 to 80 pieces in one day with one manpower.
Labour charges: - company will pay you Rs.30/- labour charges on per L.E.D
light and will pay Rs.10/- as transportation charges. It means total labour
charges is Rs.40/-.

Total cost of plant is Rs 37500/-

Raw material: - company will provide you 300 pieces of raw material for
production as free. And monthly unlimited supply which include=battery,
switch, led light/bulb, resistance, transistor, iron, charging knob, PVC wire,
solder wire, paste, glass/PVC body.
Electricity consumption: - it will be consume 10 to 15 units per month.
Production: - you can make 50 to 70 pieces in one day with one manpower.
Labour charges: - company will pay you Rs.40/- labour charges on per L.E.D
light and will pay Rs.10/- as transportation charges. It means total labour
charges is Rs.50/-.

Raw material: - company will provide you 300 pieces of raw material
for production as free. Which include=battery, switch, led light/bulb,

Electricity consumption: - it will be consume 15 to 20 units per month.
Production: - you can make 45 to 60 pieces in one day with one
manpower.
Labour charges: - company will pay you Rs.40/- labour charges on per
L.E.D light and will pay Rs.10/- as transportation charges. It means total
labour charges is Rs.50/-

Total cost of plant is Rs 55,000/-

Raw material: - company will provide you 300 pieces of raw material
for production as free. Which include=battery, switch, led light/bulb,

Production: - you can make 40 to 55 pieces in one day with one
manpower.
Labour charges: - company will pay you Rs.50/- labour charges on per
L.E.D light and will Pay Rs. 10/- as transportation charges. Total Rs. 60/-

Total cost of plant is Rs 70,000/-

Raw material: - company will provide you 250 pieces of raw material
for production as free. Which include=battery, switch, led light/bulb,
resistance, transistor, iron, charging knob, PVC wire, solder wire, paste,
glass, body.
Electricity consumption: - it will be consume 20 to 25 units per month.
Production: - you can make 30 to 50 pieces in one day with one
manpower.
Labour charges: - company will pay you Rs. 60/- labour charges on per
L.E.D light. and will Pay Rs. 10/- as transportation charges. Rs. 70/-

MODE OF PAYMENT:The payment should be made in Cash/Demand

Draft/Account payee Cheque against purchase of any plant from is by the
name of VIMAL ELECTRICAL We will purchase your finished
goods/products in Cash/Demand Draft/Account Payee Cheque from every
part of india.

SUPPORTING INFORMATION FOR EVERY PLANT

Guarantee period of Plant: 5 Years during this period any kind of fault either
in the plant or any other part will be repaired by our trained technical at
home. You need to pay only the normal fare of bus or train for the technician.

AGREEMENTS
We will make an agreement of giving raw material and buy back your finished
goods which are following:First Agreement will be for 11 months
Second Agreement will be for 24 months
Third Agreement will be for 36 months
Fourth Agreement will be for 5 Years.
The finishing goods taken by us should be according to terms of your agreement if it
is not according to the terms then it will not be granted.
