SHEN MEN: Spirit Gate located in the triangular
fosa; helps the patient to resolve anxiety and provides a sense of
relaxation.
SYMPATHETIC: Localized in the ascendant and internal portion of the
helix at the same level as Shen Men. The function is to balance the CNS;
it is analgesic and produces vasodilatation.
LIVER: has a relationship with emotions, specially anger and aggression.
The stimulation of this point keeps the energy well balanced and in
harmony and calms down the aggression
KIDNEY: In relationship with human development, sexual reproduction
and senility. Stores the energy called JING. Is associated with fear and
lack of initiative. This point is located in the same line where the Shen
