Title Hip flexor
Abstract A hip flexor is a resistance training device used for training or rehabilitating the muscles and other
body structures of the hip and thigh. The hip flexor comprises a frame with a hip actuator having
an actuator arm which rotates about a pivot. One or more springs or other resistance devices
provide resistance against a user’s motion to train or rehabilitate the user’s hip and thigh muscles.
The position of the hip actuator and the amount of resistance, the variability of the resistance, or
both may be adjusted as desired. During training, a user engages the actuator arm with his or her
thigh and actuates the actuator arm against the resistance provided by the one or more springs.
Training may be focused on various muscles of the thigh.

Title Prone exerciser
Abstract A prone exerciser includes a slide unit disposed with at least a rail, a buffering and locating
member, a handle, and a pedal. The buffering and locating member is fixed on front end of
the rail for providing buffering and locating effects to the handle. The handle is arranged on
the rail, between the buffering and locating member and the pedal, and is sliding forwards and
backwards. The pedal is disposed on rear end of the rail and is sliding forwards and backwards
along the rail. By adjusting position of the buffering and locating member on front end of the rail,
the distance of the handle and the pedal sliding on the rail is determined. Users are prone and
operate the handle as well as pedal for sliding forwards and backwards on the rail so as to stretch
and contract upper part or lower part of the body respectively or simultaneously. Moreover, the
exerciser further includes an elastic rope with one end set on front end of the slide unit while
the other end thereof is inserted through rear end of the slide unit and then set on the handle
or the pedal so as to increase resistance of the handle or the pedal while sliding forwards and
backwards on the rail. Thus users can stretch or contract upper part or lower part of bodies with
different strength depending on their needs.

Title Wall-mounted home fitness training equipment
Abstract An overall fitness trainer and can be a wall mounted unit that can utilize clip resistance bands as
well as other techniques. These bands generally clip on the unit and onto different handles, bars
and attachments to perform exercises. The unit can have a removable/adjustable pull up bar, dip
bar and seat. It also includes a spring loaded, pull pin carriage that moves freely up and down a
vertical spine. This allows for easy adjustment of the carriage and allows the user to attach the
bands at multiple angles, widths and levels. This in turn increases the number of exercises the
user can perform on the unit. The unit also typically has an o ring that attaches through the arm
of the pull up attachment as well as a xbd; O-ring at the bottom of the unit again increasing the
number of exercises the user can perform. The unit can be attached to the wall with lag bolts into
two or more studs. Some embodiments of the invention have an adjustable swivel foot that takes
the stress off of the lag bolts and also adds to the overall load capacity of the unit. The apparatus
typically has an optional telescoping central vertical spine that splits in two pieces to make the
unit easier to ship. The central vertical spine allows attachments to be added and removed using
spring loaded pins or plunger pins. Various embodiments of the invention can have an oscillating
and telescopic bench, a dip bar, a seat, a knee stabilizer and a foot rest. All of these accessories
can be attached and removed to the central spine adding to the versatility and scope of exercises
that can be performed.

Title Multimotion exercise apparatus and method
Abstract A multimotion exercise bicycle capable of providing a cardiovascular exercise simultaneously
with an upper body weight training exercise. The cardiovascular exercise is accomplished by a
pedaling movement connected to a resistance means. The upper body exercise is accomplished
by a pushing or a pulling movement of a handlebar and arm setup connected to a disk which
is further connected to a cable attached to a weight bearing platform. The weight of the
user provides the resistance for the upper body movement. The difficulty level of the upper
body movement is adjustable by changing the location of the handlebars relative to the disk
and by changing where the cable attaches to the disk. As the user performs these exercises
simultaneously, the invention allows the user to burn more calories and reduce work-out time in
half.

Abstract The resistance exercise trainer includes an adjustable strap wearable by a user, a leash attached
to the strap at a first end and a bag attached to a second end of the leash and configured for
removable reception of at least one weight. When wearing the strap and pulling the bag and the
weight with the leash, the weighted bag impedes user movement thereby providing resistance
exercise training. As part of the resistance exercise training, the leash may be disconnected from
the strap and used individually as a jump rope and the weight may be removed from the bag and
used individually in strength training exercises. Together, the strap, the leash, the bag and the
weight may be used in a speed training triangle.
