EVALUATION, CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

Evaluation
This study has explained the Pre-Eclampsia in several aspects. It has produced
a better understanding in the disease and therefore imparted the necessary knowledge
to provide the appropriate nursing management for patients with this certain kind of
case.
It also test the capability of the nurse to assess thoroughly the patients physical
assessment and history taking which come up with good nurse-patient interaction by
providing necessary information regarding the patients history of present illness, past
medical history and even her lifestyle.
Within a day of duty handling this kind of case, the experience and learning
brought about the different intervention and procedure in the lying-in about the preeclampsia has gave better understanding with the disease itself.
During the end of the shift of our duty the patients health condition has improved
accompanied with BP was maintained at 150/100mmHg.

Conclusion
From the Nursing problems perceived and presented through prioritization and
analysis of gathered data and proper assessment. Through the use of client focus
nursing intervention and by following to nursing standards, the perceived problems were
managed well. Truly, a clinical eye which is sensitive to clients need for care was
established. Loyalty was observed in aiding the clients need, managing and taking a
lead on advocating clients interest and creating ways on how to ensure a quality of
care.

Recommendation
For the Family
We recommend that the family will still continue to give the patient love and
support even though they lack support on their financial needs. It could still help the
patient survive when there is a strong bond of relationship within the family. The family
must learn to understand the patients situation. They must also be aware of some
medications that are really needed for the patient. They must find ways and means to
comply with such certain medication because if patient is left untreated then it will lead
to certain complications that will even more add up to the expected amount.
For the Patient
The patient should be able aware with her condition. She must be well oriented
of the facts about the things that she should be alarmed of. We recommend that the
patient will be complying all the medications given to her by the physician and as a
patient she must follow all the doctors guidelines to her. She must discipline herself to
all things that must be avoided. Also, patient must learn the importance of proper
hygiene in order to lessen other possible infections. Since the patient has hypertension
we recommend lessening some strenuous activities.
For the Community
Pre-eclampsia is not always preventable for those at risk, however, steps can be
taken to lower the chance to develop and to delay the possible outcome. Thats why we
want to recommend all the pregnant women to stay healthy as much as possible.
Women who start their pregnancy at a normal body weight, are well nourished, those
who dont smoke are less likely to develop pre-eclampsia. If you are at higher risk, be
sure to follow the prenatal care advice and keep all the medical appointments.
