Agenda i: Opening Speech (Chairperson)

1. Our chairperson, Pn Noor Aza bt Ramli, thanked all members for

attending the meeting. She also welcomed and thanked our
headmaster for being with us.

Agenda ii: Opening Speech (Headmaster)

2. Our headmaster thanked all members for attending second Englis
Panel meeting. He also thanked the teachers for participating in the
English project that we had done. Example, Wave of English and will
be continued until the end of this year. He also thanked the teacher
for conducting

answering techniques

for

6 which

was

conducted by En Zulkifli from SK Bersatu.

Agenda iii: Confirmation Of Previous Minute
3. The minute of first meeting was proposed to be confirmed by Mr.
Khor Kim Thong and seconded by Pn. Maizatul Aziah bt Jamaludin.

Agenda iv: Arising Matters

4. Pn. Noor Aza said that SAL is ready to be used for all the pupils of SK
Iskandar.
5. She also requested from the headmaster to get a whiteboard for the
SAL room.

Agenda v: SISC+
6. Pn. Niza from PPD had observed Pn. Rajeswari. She also have been
guided Pn. Rajeswari on teaching matters.

Agenda vi: Teaching And Learning Strategies

7. Pn Aza said teaching strategies for Year 6 should be carried out until
the end of the exam. She also thanked Pn. Rajeswari for her
contribution to teach English Subject.
8. The headmaster reminded all the teachers to key in marks after
each exam. He also said teaching and learning strategies should be
carried based on pupils ability
Agenda vii: Analysis of First March Test
9. According to Pn. Aza, Year 1 Aktif had scored 95% and ! Semangat
94.4%.
10.
Meanwhile, Year 2 Aktif scored 100%. It is a very good
achievement she said and 2 Semangat scored 59.9%
11.
For year 3 Aktif, they scored 100% and 3 Semangat they only
managed to get 55%. She also mentioned 9 of the students cannot
recognize letters and 3 cannot read.

For level 2, Pn. Aza said 4 Aktif able to get 92.86% and 4
Semangat only 42.11%. she urged the English teachers to guide
them for the next exam. She also mentioned there is no discipline
problems for both classes.
13.
Next, for year 5 Aktif, they managed to score 96.43% and 5
Semangat able to get 55.56%.

Lastly for year 6 Aktif managed to get 97.22% and year 6
Semangat only get 44%. She urged the teachers to do the best for
this class.

Agenda viii: English Panels Programme

The headmaster urged the teachers to carry out the Wave of

English throughout of the year that had been conducted.

Agenda ix: Other Matters
16.
The headmaster said there will be a UPSR camp at Kenari
Resort on 30th July 2015. It will be conducted by Cikgu Zainol and
Cikgu Safer. Anyway, the headmaster will call all the teachers for a
meeting before the UPSR camp. The candidates for all Year 6 pupils
and 9 pupils from Year 5.
