COURSE TITLE:

Business Law 1 (Law on Obligations and Contracts)

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course deals with the study of the nature, types, effects and also the extinguishment of obligations; contracts,
Their essential requisite and form; and defective contracts, quasi-contracts, natural obligations, and estoppel.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES
At the end of the course, the students are expected to:
