Officially launched in November 2014, the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC) is an independent, not-for-profit
company that provides world-class mediation services targeted at the needs of parties facing cross-border commercial
disputes, particularly those based in Asia. SIMC builds on Singapores reputation for quality legal services, and will play a key
role alongside the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and the Singapore International Commercial Court in

Unique Arbitration-Mediation-Arbitration (Arb-Med-Arb) service offered in collaboration with SIAC, which will enable
mediated settlement agreements to be enforced as consent awards. The Arb-Med-Arb service has been designed to provide
maximum value at minimal cost, efficiency coupled with flexibility and confidentiality combined with enforceability, all
within an institutional framework and rules that incorporate global best practices.
Professional case management service under the SIMC Mediation Rules and appointing authority service from SIMCs panel
of mediators.
SIMC can make arrangements for the conduct of mediations at the state-of-the-art dispute resolution facility of Maxwell
