Essential Reading
In addition to the material contained in section E8 Leading a Cell Group, there are two
books that are strongly recommended for all trainee Cell Leaders. These are: Home
Cell Group Explosion by Joel Comiskey and The Shepherds Guidebook by Ralph
Neighbour. These two books will give you a broader and deeper understanding of the
role of a Cell Leader and of the Cell Group; they will inspire and challenge you, and
theyll help you be better prepared for the task ahead.
Tick off each chapter once youve read it and ask your Cell Leader to sign the page
when youve finished. Other recommended reading is listed below recommended
books are optional, but they will enhance your leadership skills and understanding.
