How to remove others Anti Virus

a. Norton Anti Virus
- download the archive Norton Removal Tool unpack the archive
- in the Norton Removal Tool window, click the Next button
- in the Norton Removal Tool (Licensing) window, select I accept
the License Agreement click the Next button

- in the window Norton Removal Tool (Security Check), enter

the text from the picture in the field below , click the Next button

- in the window Norton Removal Tool (About to Begin

Removal), click the Next button. The removal process
cannot be stopped and may take several minutes

- to successfully uninstall Norton anti-virus, you are required

to restart your computer, click the Restart button to reboot
your computer.

b. Mcafee
-

download and save VSCleanupTool.zip to remove McAfee anti-virus:

Extract file dengan program seperti Unzip atau WinZip
Jalankan aplikasi VSCleanupTool.exe
Setelah menjalankan aplikasi ini maka akan dibutuhkan reboot, ditampillkan dengan pesan di
command line: The machine must reboot to complete the uninstallation. Reboot now?[y/n] enter Y
Proses uninstall Mcafee selesai

- Jika proses sebelumnya masih tidak bisa install Kaspersky maka jalankan aplikasi berikut MCPR.zip
- Setelah jalankan aplikasi ini
- unpack the archive with any archiver program, for example WinZip or WinRar
double-click the file MCPR.exe to run it
- once the process of deleting McAfee products is over (the removal process may take a minute), the
McAfee Cleanup window appears. Click Yes to reboot your computer and to finish the removal process
of McAfee products
