assistance and escalation for end users, other IT groups and third party vendors.
Having broad knowledge of Market Data Direct Feed products.
Dealing with Daily Quality Alert in Pre-open, Open & Close market session.
Knowledge of markets like MIC code, Time Zone, Trading session across APAC, EMEA & NA region.
