The Upcoming of Jesus

This discussion actually had been analyze many times by the experts and writers and writes it inside

their books, even with local language or international language scales. But, for anyone whose never

read their articles, or hard to find the books which containing the upcoming of Jesus, or feel to many

explanation which un-concise/un-short, or the book is too thick, and any other reasons, maybe it is

better to read this article, which were I get from many completes source from free articles and books

and summaries it into this thought. And I hope this would be easy to understand what I was written

here by anyone.

Some expert explained about the probability/possibility and chronologies from the upcoming of Jesus

to this world for the second time, closely to the end of the world. On the ordinary, an expert used to

discuss it just from one side, according to his spiritual or ideological side only and un-compare with

another religious ideology. Even this method is not a part of the important things which should to be

done, but the thought output will be more impress/trace or really inside to our heart if we get the

information from comparison two different thought or ideology especially from another expert or

articles, and of course with high objectively.

At this time, there are two communities which is waiting the upcoming of Jesus, the first is Moslems

community, the second is Christian (nasrani) community. Even Moslems or Christian, each of them

waiting for Jesus Christ coming to this world and each believe their communities are the chosen one

which will be helped and saved from the disaster in the end of the world by him. I write the Christian

as nasrani, because according to the history, at the time of Jesus still in the world, his believers called

as nasrani which mean followers of the prophet from Nazaret, where Jesus lives at his young age, and

this community named Christian just long time after this community changed by Paul.
In Islamic tradition, Jesus’ name is Isa (peace be upon him), or Isa son of Maryam, or Isa Al Masih.

His job is to help the Moslems/believers to kill Dajjal and all of idols worshippers. Dajjal him selves is

the biggest liar and give most powerful destructions to the world and enemy of the believers/true

religion. At the other side, in the Christian tradition, believe if Isa which they named him as Jesus

Christ, or the Messiah, waiting to kill the king or satanic leader, or anti Christ, or dark power, which

will coming before the end of the world at the biggest world war ever happen.

That is it, each side from Moslems or Christian has their own version/thought with base from religion

literature. But who has the true explanation literature? What is the reason or principle which will be the

guide for us? Whose will be helped by Isa/Jesus in the end of the world? So, it is better to us if we

discuss this problem according to Moslems and Christian literature both. And we will find the truths,

the really truths, and with this discussion we hope will improve and strengthen our faith, and also will

developing our mind pattern. Amiens.

The probability/possibility or chronology of the upcoming of Jesus which most valid if we see from

Islamic literature maybe will be analyzed like this:

1. Jesus turns down in the white minaret at the east side of Damascus at night.

2. He go to Jerusalem to assist/give aid to Moslems.

3. Kill the biggest liar (Dajjal).

4. Kill all of Dajjal’s followers.

5. Enjoying prosperity time/era.

Inside this discussion, enough for us to discuss just one point only. That is the first point from the

chronologist analyze, about the upcoming of Jesus from Moslems probability/possibility. The

upcoming of Jesus/Isa in the white minaret at the east side of Damascus at night, which basically is

one of the interpretations from Islamic literature, especially the statement from some hadist.

In this point, there are some hadist which maybe most use-ness/senses as the basic/base/hujjah/dalil.

They are:

1. Imam Muslim : The prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) says: “When Allah sent Al

Masih Son of Maryam, so he turn down at the white minaret at the east of

Damascus with two clothes which dip with waras and za’faran (some kind of

perfumes-writer explanation), and both his hand at the wings of two angels. If

he nodding/turn down his head, his hair is firm; and if he ups it, look so gently

like pearl. And no one of the idol worshipper whose smell his breath except

would be death, in fact his breath as far as sight eyes. And then Isa looking for

Dajjal until he found him at the door of Lodd, the he kill him. Later, Isa come

to the community which was protected by Allah from Dajjal. So, he strokes

their face, and informs them about their level at the heaven”.

2. Jabir r.a. : The prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) says: “Isa son of Maryam will

be upcoming, then ….”.

3. Ibnu Majjah : The prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) says: “…. When their leader

take to front/forward to leads the dawn prayer, turn down Isa son of Maryam.

That leader ….”.

4. Abu Dawud and Ahmad: The prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) says: “…. And he will

turn down ….”.

 5. Imam Ahmad: The prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) says: “…. The group which

together with Isa son of Maryam”.

Note: Because my English is so bad, the translation from some hadist above are containing

many mistakes. Beside, because the hadist is to long, I cut some of them. If anyone has most

valid translation, please give correction. I hope God forgive me.

Based on these texts (hadist above), informed to us if Isa/Jesus will turn down at night toward/nearly at

dawn, then following the dawn prayers congregation with Moslems community as follower not as a

leader. For this condition, the prophet Muhammad (peace upon him) says: “Will be coming a group of

my followers which will fight protect the truth with Allah and helped until the end of the world. Then

coming Isa son of Maryam, and their leader says (to Isa), ‘Come forward, leads us to do our prayer!’.

Then Isa says, ‘No, some of you is the leader for the others as the honors from Allah to this

community’” (by Imam Muslim). So, this is the upcoming of Isa according Islamic literature. Then,

how about Christian literature?

The upcoming of Jesus according Christian was explained inside the Bible, which had not far

differences or away from Islamic literature. The Bible said the same things and clearly. But,

unfortunately the interpretation from Bible followers himself so different from the Bible means. Why

and how the explanation?

Inside the Bible was said if the upcoming of Jesus at the night time at the unpredictable condition, so

the people must waiting and watchful at night to know his upcoming. Some of analyzing in the Bible

about the upcoming of Jesus which used as base literature are:

1. Luke 21:25-28: “Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great

glory”. (27).
 2. Luke 21:34-36: “But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with

carousing, drunkenness, and cares of life, and that Day come on you

unexpectedly. ….. Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted

worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass and to stand before the

Son of Man”.

3. Revelation 3:2-3 : “Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain ….. Remember

….. Therefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you as a thief, and you

will not know what hour I will come upon you”.

Some Bible texts at upper paragraph to are cutting. To analyze the complete texts, please open directly

to the Bible. With some of that analyzing had summaries clearly, even children will understand the

meaning so easily without hard interpretation and twisting, Jesus will comes again to this world at the

unpredictable time, at the time when the thief ordinarily do their job, that is at the night and nearly to

the dawn. Furthermore, there are orders to wake up, strengthen the body, watchful and pray to the God.

This condition clearly point out to the community which would be helped by Jesus, and Jesus will

comes to them. The community who’s pray to God at night, to fill the night’s time with prays to God.

So, who are the followers which deed the Jesus orders?

The questions also easily to be answered. And the answer is clearly not Christian community, because

in the reality Moslems community whose did and following the orders. The Moslems have tradition

and activities to wake up at night to pray to God which named “Qiyamul lail”. And the literally

meaning is standing or watchful at night, and the intention meaning is to wake up at night at the last

1/3 part of the night to pray to God, to do tahajjud prayer, dzikir, and anothers common prayer to

Allah. From this reality it was clear (for people whose think), that the people who will help by Jesus

are the Moslems community. The community whose have faith and believe Jesus as the God’s prophet,

and because of that we can say if actually Moslems community is the real Jesus’ followers. And
Christian community basically was not the real Jesus’ followers, but they are Paul’s follower who’s

damaging the real religion.

“Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his master made ruler over his household, to give them

food in due season?. Blessed is that servant whom his master, when he comes, will find so doing.

Assuredly, I say to you that he will make him ruler over all his goods. But if that evil servant says in

his heart, ‘My master is delaying his coming’, and begins to beat his fellow servants, and to eat and

drink with the drunkards, the master of that servant will come on a day when he is not looking for him

and at an hour that he not aware of, and will cut him in two and appoint him his portion with the

hypocrites. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth”. (Matthew 24:45-51).

This Bible text explained clearly, the analogy/example for Jesus’ followers which is good one and bad

one. Who are they?

The bad followers are peoples whose did not want to do what Jesus order to do, and some of that

orders are to wake up at night prays to God, did not drunk in any parties, literally drunk alcohol or

drunk from world luxurious temptation which makes heart did not ready anymore to wake up at night

and prays to God.

The good followers are whose obedient to do all the order from him, always ready to wake up at night

and use the watchful time to pray to God (tahajjud prayer, dawn prayer, dzikir, and another common

prayers), also stay away from drunks alcohol or drunks from world luxurious temptation. This

community is the chosen one which helped and saved by Jesus from the biggest disaster in the end of

the world. This community is Moslems community.
